Very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Thorough exams with staff telling you what they’re doing and why. When it came to scheduling next appointment and explaining what needed to be done I would have to give them a10+

Everyone at Aspen Dental was very professional and yet friendly.

I had a very good experience from the front desk, x-ray tech, hygienist, dentist, and billing.

They were quick, truthful, and flexible with financing. Me being middle class. I will be getting my dental work at the Appleton location from now on.

Very pleasant experience, had a tooth extracted today. Absolutely zero pain, very grateful.

Really great experience at Aspen Dental in Appleton. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Pricing was fair and the service quality was excellent. They have a good amount of technology that makes the process easier. Would recommend!

Absolutely incredible experience. I walked in with a Dental emergency and didn’t think I would get scheduled anywhere in town with how short notice it was. They did a fantastic job helping me out and explained every process along the way to make me feel comfortable. Easily would recommend this place to anyone who needs a dentist in the Appleton area. Staff is friendly and work well to help you feel comfortable

Friendly staff who took the time to explain things clearly. Going to the dentist is never the most fun, but they provided a relaxed atmosphere throughout the visit.

Aspen was the only place that would see me right away for tooth pain even though I was a new patient! They did a thorough exam, answered all my questions, and gave me referrals for treatment.

I'm under 30 and have never had any major issues with my teeth as an adult. All I wanted to do was get a routine cleaning done because my insurance switched and my previous dentist wasn't covered under my insurance anymore. I got in and they wanted me to do $5000 of "required" teeth work AFTER insurance before they would do the routine cleaning. They diagnosed me with severe gum disease based on their test even though I didn't match any of the symptoms in the pamphlet they gave me! Across the hall, I could hear a man being told he needed $7000 of "required" teeth work AFTER insurance too. (Also, I could hear his whole conversation and I'm sure he could hear mine. There is no patient privacy.) If I hadn't been going to a different dentist in the area for a couple of years, I might have actually believed them and paid all that money to take care of my health. I would never recommend Aspen Dental to anyone I know unless they wanted to be scared into wasting thousands of dollars on unnecessary procedures.

I definitely do not recommend for new customers. I scheduled an appointment as a new customer for 5:15pm and received a confirmation email confirming my appointment day/time. When I arrived to check in, the receptionist was clearly confused and it was clear they did not have me in the schedule. She went through the entire check in process (e.g. took copies of my license, insurance etc.) and then asked the purpose of my appointment. I said I wanted to establish a relationship as I had recently moved here and wanted a routine cleaning - as I had indicated when I scheduled my appointment. She said she could not guarantee that I would receive a cleaning today as I was just establishing a relationship with the doctor and they would only do X-rays. A little annoying but I understood. She proceeded to check me in, ask for my social security number for what reason I’m not sure, and THEN proceeds to tell me she would have to reschedule me because the doctor wanted to leave early. I’M SORRY, WHAT?! I told her I received a confirmation for this appointment and she said that confirmation didn’t matter because I was only tentatively scheduled in their system. No call, no email, zero communication. Extremely unprofessional. Needless to say I left and will not be returning.

It was great, they treated me well and was very gentle and knew what they were doing.cant wait to go back and get my partial I highly recommend them.

I suddenly had the worst toothache I'd ever had in my life. Mind bogglingly bad. And no one could get me in for at least a week. But Aspen Dental got me in on a walk in. Today. My experience from the moment I walked in until I left was top notch. I forgot to catch the name of the CSR at the front desk, but she got me checked in quickly and made sure they would fit me in on a busy day. Thank you, Hufflepuff! Courtney and Sara took my x-rays and assisted the doctor throughout the procedure. They were very caring and professional. I could not have asked for better Dental Assistants. Dr. Patel made sure I was comfortable and understood everything as he performed the tooth extraction. He went out to the lobby and explained everything to my wife, as I had been very nervous and in a lot of pain, so I was kind of fuzzy on everything. Top notch service! I cannot more highly recommend Aspen Dental on Cty Rd KK, in the Kohl's lot in Darboy. Five stars! Thank you!

How awesome they are treated me with respect

From the moment I walked into Aspen everyone was so very nice it put me at ease. They cared about my thoughts asking what my long term goals were to explaining the next processes of my treatments. I last met with the office Manager where she explained in detail what my insurance would cover and what I would have to pay. Then explained how I could do it in steps and complete my goal of a beautiful smile. I was so nervous walking into Aspen but felt confident I have chosen the right place for me.

I was real nervous going in and the staff treated me good they are good at what they do v very professional.

They need to be transparent with their billing and not throw items on the bill without mentioning them such as a $135 tooth brush, Water Pic, $35 oral rinse and $35 toothpaste. Also Don't refer patients to out or network oral surgeons. Just simply tell patient they will have to find one on their own. I made the mistake of trusting this place.
