I am very fearful of the dentist so I don’t go regularly. The Appleton office was amazing. They broke down the prices and itemized everything. They explained everything they were doing and why. If anyone from Aspen would like to call and talk to me about my negative experience feel free as my number is in your system. My mother in law came up from NC for thanksgiving and had just gotten her temporary dentures three weeks before leaving. She had some sore spot and a lot of adjustments needed so she could actually eat our thanksgiving meal tomorrow. I called them and they squeezed her in even with them being busy and not having an appointment. Elijah, the dental assistant was amazing with the adjustments as well as the lab tech. They were super helpful! Thank you!!

DO NOT, REPEAT NO DO go to this place!!! Run as fast and as far as u can to another dentist. I had the unfortunate experience of having 2 teeth removed here by Dr. Leyes where she literally put her fingers in my mouth and pulled the 1 tooth out. She tried the 2nd one but had to use a tool for that one. They give u all the kindness and support you can handle and once they have their claws in u watch out and hold onto ur wallet! They give u 1 price for everything and then 1 month later turn around and screw u for more stating it's not what ur insurance covered. I guess I'll be talking to my insurance company tomorrow. Seems to me they should have figured that out to begin with. Should have paid more attention to the reviews myself, they are all about the money and not the patient.

Absolutely amazing experience. Miranda, specifically. As a human with extreme dentist fear, who has not been to a dentist in 9 years, I was highly impressed and completely comfortable with Miranda, who was professional, kind and personable. She educated me while helping me get to a place of dental health. She answered every silly question I had and made me feel a part of my care plan. She even took a second to celebrate with me on my weight loss achievement and A1C achievement. I genuinely appreciate her and will 100% tell everyone I know about the care I received today.

Terrible experience. They would not put my crown back in after it fell out. They wanted to redo the entire crown. This was right before I had to leave the country. Two weeks with no crown= not fun. It was clear that this was a "time share like business," just trying to get money.
