Dental Haven

I have been there three times and all three experiences were good. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. The hygienists have always been kind, friendly, and accommodating. Dr. Alexandra is very thorough and patient. The whole staff acknowledges that the dentist isn’t fun for some people which is so nice when you have dental anxiety. They understanding anxiety and have methods to help you relax (TVs on ceiling, weighted vest, pillows, etc). Also, they have another doctor who specializes in children dentistry so it’s a great place to go if you have a family. My favorite dentist I’ve ever been to and will continue to go here!

From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, the entire staff is absolutely wonderful! The décor is charming and perfect for littles to help ease their trip to the dentist. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, in particular with children!

I have NEVER been a fan of the dentist.. Ever since I was a kid...it's been really hard for me to get numb..... And a few years back I had a tooth pulled that gave me pain for almost 6 weeks.....it was awful! From my very first appointment here (just last year) I have have felt completely at ease! I am #grateful and #livingmybestlife and #livingthedream it takes #teamwork I am soo appreciative for EVERYONE HERE!! I AM #blessed

Dr Gonzo and his team are absolutely amazing! My daughter has been afraid of the dentist since day one, but Dr. Gonzo and his team made her feel so comfortable and they were so patient with her that she is happy when she leaves the dentist and loves to go back! Everyone is so nice and has great energy at Dental Haven! I highly recommend Dr. Gonzo and his team especially if your little is not a fan of the dentist.

This place is soooo GREAT! I wish I would have discovered this place years ago. Perfect place to take your kids. Very comfortable and everyone was so nice and everything was explained in great detail. The dentist was excellent with our boy and took the time to explain procedures and such. Parents - its a no brainer!

We wasted alot of time trying to get my daughters teeth looked at. I jumped through hoops with my insurance and then dental haven wouldn't even return emails or calls to figure out pre payment amount.

Let's face it, going to the dentist isn't something everyone looks forward to...at least I don't. It was about 2 years since I last had an appointment, I was looking for a new dentist so I thought I'd give Dental Haven a try. I'm so glad I did!! When I walked in I was expecting the typical sterile, cold dentist office, boy was I wrong! I didn't feel like I was at the dentist...I felt like I was home...it was so warm and welcoming and everyone is so friendly!!! Dr Alexandrea and her team, Morgan and Claire, were absolutely amazing!! They went out of their way to make me feel welcome, were patient and kind, explaining everything they were doing and always asking if I was doing ok! I've never had such an exciting and fun time at the dentist in my whole life!! I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment!! And I promise to floss everyday!! Please, if you are looking for a dentist, as an adult or for your child, go to Dental Haven, Dr Gonzo and Dr Alexandrea are the absolute BEST!!!

We had an excellent first experience at Dental Haven today with my young daughter. Everyone was very friendly, and the office was perfectly set up to keep a 2 year old entertained and comfortable.

For those that know me, it’s no surprise that I have a fear of going to the dentist. At Dental Haven, this long-standing fear of mine quickly diminished. From the initial moment I walked in the door, to the very end, I felt nothing but welcomed. From the comforting atmosphere to the fantastic staff, Dr. Alexandra, Morgan and Jenny made this visit not only peaceful but fun. It was not just another appointment to them. I highly recommend Dental Haven to anyone.

My daughter and I both had cracked a back molar, and I was nervous for us both to go to the dentist. It was my daughter’s first ever experience and we couldn’t have had a better one! Both of us also had cavities and I was never made to feel guilty about the work myself or my daughter needed. Dr. Gonzo made my five year old feel so comfortable and cared for, so much so she wants to be a dentist now! He really has the perfect demeanor to make everyone in the room feel at ease! My daughter left feeling confident and well cared with no anxiety about returning in the future! That’s all a mom can hope for. I also had multiple return visits with Dr. Alexandra and nothing but five stars for my whole adventure to get my smile feeling healthy again! I was very nervous about the damage I had done especially since I was experiencing frequent tooth aches. Safe to say, I got my confidence back and now know there is never a need to wait to go in, in the future! Thank you too both doctors and their incredible staff! We look forward to seeing you all at our next check up!

We brought our 2 year old daughter in to have her examined because of dental decay, as all the other reviews have said the people are kind but when we were presented with a estimate of almost $7000 without including hospital or anesthesia bills we decided to get a second opinion. They were going to have a dental operation done at Theda Clark, where my daughter would be put under anesthetics. They only did dental work in the hospital 2 times a month and we had to pay a un-refundable $430 holding charge for this procedure. We proceeded to do so. After talking to family and friends they recommended that we get a second opinion, and I am so happy that we did. The second pediatric dentist we went to recommend the same procedure but was half the cost, and didn't need to do the amount of work Dental Haven recommended and didn't require a holding fee. I called Dental Havens office and explained what we found and as expected they would not refund the $430 charge. Please take our advice and get a second opinion before you give them the approval of their un-refundable charges, or better yet save the head ache and steer clear.

I hadn't been to a dentist in over 10 years which is quite embarrassing. The more I put it off the more the anxiety built up of having to explain myself that I just kept not going. After having my daughters see Dr.Gonzo for a few years, and seeing that his daughter Dr. Alexandria was accepting adult patients I thought I should just suck it up and go. I was nervous but thankfully there was no judgment and no embarrassment. Dr. Alexandria was kind, understanding and awesome.

The value of a being a patient and not being a number is excellent at Dental Haven. From the check-in process, waiting room experience, dental care and follow-up does not disappointment and something I've not experienced before until coming to Dental Haven. I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist and Dr. Alexandra and team make me feel so comfortable, recognize my fear as real and are outstanding with care. Dr. Alexandra is thorough, takes her time explaining and offers several options to help make the best decision for me. Definitely a 5 star clinic and 5 star dentist. Thanks Dental Haven.

The team over at Dental Haven go above and beyond! I was scheduled for just a check up and a cleaning with Dr. Alexandra, but when it came time for my appointment one of teeth was hurting a lot and causing pain throughout my mouth. When I expressed that to Dr. Alexandra and the team at Dental Haven, they did everything in their ability to find a solution. They worked with me to pin point the problem area and ended doing a filling on the tooth that was cracked to resolve the problem right then, even though I was only booked for a cleaning. The procedure went flawlessly and the pain in my tooth immediately started to go down! I couldn't be happier with my experience! I have been going to Dental Haven since I was a kid and Dr. Gonzalo and Dr. Alexandra are amazing at what they do! Their expertise and passion for Dentistry is second to none!
