As usual, from the minute you walk thru the door you are welcomed by friendly staff and the view, no matter the season, it’s always up to the their name! Tori will cordially assist you immediately for any medical updates/contact details updates and over the phone she is pleasant and professional. Everyone at Grand View is professional and personable yet not overwhelming. Dr. Moore is objective and informative and never pushes for unnecessary work to be done. Today I worked with hygienist Amanda (my first time w/her) and she was precise and delicate and effective with her cleaning session, in fact I book another appointment with her. This group of people never seems to have a bad day. They are all both professional and personable. Their equipment and working standards are top shelf. As someone with an extreme phobia of dental work thanks to some very horrible past experiences, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Nate. He is not only patient, but a good listener and makes you feel secure and confident about your procedures. Grand View was recommended to me by both of my sisters who have been going here (along with their husband and kids) for years, one of which also used to have a phobia about dentists. The hygienists and staff are top notch as well. Everyone is truly compassionate and caring. I recently needed a root canal and the quality of work was nothing less than superb. With my anxiety I expected a traumatizing experience, but was pleasantly surprised to feel comfortable and good, even without calming medications/nitrous oxide. I highly recommend Grand View for all of your dental needs. Our family drives all the way from New London because we love them so much!
