Mandi (front desk) is such a sweet heart! She’s so nice and explains everything in detail! The dentist I had seen he was so nice and calmed my nerves. And also explained everything he did before doing anything and this made me more relaxed. Angelina was also a sweet heart! Everyone was just so sweet and knew what they were doing. First, the Dental Assistants work as a team when taking xrays. At other offices, this task seems to be handled by one person running back and forth from the equipment to the patient. This is the most efficient approach I have ever had in a dental office. 5 ⭐️ Second, Dr.Luther has perhaps the most personal and obliging approach to answering endless questions. Clear concise replies, noting positive and negative outcomes or when applicable, uncertainty that disqualifies a definitive response. 5 ⭐️ Third, I did not include but needs mentioning: the polite and cheerful receptionist and the beautiful, relaxing lobby. I am so glad we have changed to Timbercrest dental. Everyone in the office is so friendly, helpful and non- judgemental. I appreciate that Dr. Luther takes the time with his patients to make sure they are comfortable and understand the procedure or options available to them. Dr. Luther was recently able to save me the time and energy of a secondary appointment by completing everything in one day (which was a very unexpected surprise!). Dr Luther and the staff are phenomenal. I have a lot of anxiety with dentists and they set you at ease and are very non-judgemental. I started going there thinking I wanted sedation dentistry, and have never gone down that path since they are able to ease the pain and make you very comfortable without.
