Very detailed. Got all my questions answered. Didn’t feel rushed!!!

I called one day to just check things out for denture repair and I got a appointment the next day and I was so welcomed and after my first visit there were NO hidden fees and everything was printed out to know exactly what my part would be with insurance and everything included. And is it reasonable even if you didn't have insurance...I have a big mouth and I will let everyone I know about Aspen dental and your wonderful service. Thank you for making this affordable for the working class. Top notch.

Visited 10/11/2022 and chose the place due to the high reviews. Staff had an overall friendly demeanor, however they will use that demeanor to overcharge you for as much as they can manage to get away with by telling you they found "more things to be concerned with" than what I highly suspect to be the actual truth. After being told I had bacteria between my gum line and teeth that needed to be resolved, (and couldn't be resolved via regular brushing so they recommend a $135 toothbrush in addition to the cleaning), they charged me $811.10 out of pocket after insurance for the cleaning and prescribed medicated toothpaste and mouthwash. Roughly 2 months later the issue with sore swollen gums returned despite following through with their prescriptions. Conveniently enough, my friend was charged $3,000 out of pocket here for getting the same issue addressed as I had done and experienced the same end results I have. It should be noted that I've NEVER had to pay so much out of pocket before for a dentist appointment and only paid the amount trusting that I was going to get quality care that would resolve my gum swelling long term. Now they are sending me a bill saying I still owe them $20.20 for "antimicrobial rinse" despite the recipt documents given to me from them saying everything, including the rinse has already been paid for. Please be leary of this place. I hate to say it, but based off my experience, I canceled my follow up appointment with them and won't be contacting them again other than to address this billing issue

Wanted to fix a filling that fell out they wanted to talk me into pulling them all and paying for it the same day its not even causing me any pain not impressed

X-ray technician did a terrible job,roof of my mouth is really sore. The bill came to $1,000 my teeth are not that bad they never even polish my teeth never got a free tooth brush either will not go back.

So the staff was very kind. But I went in for my check up, they poked my gums for 2 minutes and looked at my teeth. I was there to get a very rotted molar looked at. The dentist told me not to worry about the rotted molar and to worry about getting cleanings first. So I took her advice. A week later my face blew up like a balloon and was horribly infected. That day I got an appointment with shawano family dental and they removed the tooth that day for cheap and stellar care! If you are going here for work other than a cleaning I don't recommend it at all.

They made my fear of the dentist disappear. They were extra careful and really helped me! I had to get a deep cleaning and I was so terrified and Lisa was amazing, caring and made me feel better.

I had a very painful tooth ache and they got me in right away this morning and fixed me right up! The Marinette location is a very friendly and kind place!

Very pleasant place & the staff is very friendly & they know what there doing. I felt comfortable there!!! They are GREAT!!!!

Will refuse to see you when you show up for your appt because they overbook their schedule. Unless you pinky swear you're going to be at the appt you made they'll slot someone else in right away, even when you come in at the time of your appt. Not courteous towards your time whatsoever, and are only interested in upselling and making as much money as they can.

Did not have to wait long for an appointment. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, especially the finance department!

Excellent service. Was able to extract my boyfriend’s tooth after 5 years of other providers turning it down. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Such a great experience for my twins! The hygienist Alicia was very patient with them and took great care of them during their appointment! The front office staff was polite from the time we walked in to the time we left. I would so recommend going to Aspen Dental in Green Bay!

Not very personable. Very quick. In and out. Didn't explain well or go over x-rays with me.

All the ladies were very kind and respectful and were straight to the point when saying what may or may not need to be fixed - they never hid their prices and they are also priced lower than other dentist offices I have been to. Highly recommended

Painless extraction. Great job on setting in new temporary lower partial. Nice I could get in the next day for a checkup on this setup.
