There is usually two to three receptionists when you walk in to check in. Place is clean and the waits are never long at all. Not sure what all the bad reviews are for. I have met many of the staff and none are rude. If you need further care after your cleanings they tell you your costs and its your choice to schedule the appointment knowing everything up front.

A few months ago I had to call around as I was having terrible tooth pain. Everywhere had a huge wait list, but Midwest Dental was able to get me in and taken care of ASAP. I have since gone back multiple times and have had WONDERFUL experiences. The woman that cleans my teeth, Kim, is phenomenal! She makes sure you are comfortable and not in any pain, definitely easing my anxiety. I have had nothing but awesome treatment from everyone at Midwest Dental, Beloit!

I made a appointment 6 months ago I work day shift so I got a call to confirm but when I got home it was late I went to work the next day when I got home I got a call from them at 1039am that if I didn't call by noon I would lose my appointment I called at 430pm and the lady said my appointment was canceled and given away

I had a very pleasant experience at Midwest Dental in Beloit. I had to change dentist and called Midwest on a recommendation from a friend. I was pleased with everything, from the initial call to make an appointment to when I walked out the door after the appointment. Everyone was genuinely nice, displayed care and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I was a new patient and had to go through that whole process but they made it quick and easy. I was seen within minutes of arrival and my hygienist was the best. She explained everything and showed true concern for my dental health. The doctor found time to fix a problem instead of making me come back another day. I was impressed with everything from the clean modern facility to every employee I encountered.

two years ago I started been seen by a Dr. there, everything was fine until my crown kept coming off and off. I have no idea what kind of glue they use but its terrible. I just called and requested my record to be transfered to a different place and they didnt bother to ask the reason! Such a bad customer service and dental services. So sad I invested so much time there.
