DO NOT GO HERE. Absolute worst dental experience of my life. During the cleaning the dentist kept cutting my gums with the tool leaving me bleeding through the entire night and they still hurt a week later. The cuts got infected and I had a fever. For the polishing paste and the fluoride, the dentist applied it with her finger directly onto my teeth! I've been to other dental offices and have never met a more unprofessional dentist. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Wish I could leave zero stars. Worst place in area. Staff is under qualified. Can never give me answers to any questions. Rushed my teeth cleaning. Filling fell out 1 day later install then blamed me. Asked questions before treatment then told me to go else ware because I didn't like answer.

I am an established patient here experiencing a literal dental emergency so I called to make an appointment and they told me they can’t see me because I’m a milwaukee resident and they won’t accept my insurance anymore so I asked if I could pay out of pocket because I’m literally having a dental EMERGENCY right now and they said no they wouldn’t allow me to pay them to help me. They didn’t give me any sources or advice to help aid me. They never sent me any notice in the past months to let me know to find a new dentist I could’ve had a new dentist established had I been made aware. So now every dentist I’ve called for my emergency has told me they can’t see me for atleast a MONTH. It’s insane how this dentist office can just disregard their patients without letting them know, I had other non-emergency issues with my teeth that we made a plan to fix. I had reservations about this dental office from the start because I had to inquire about whether or not some of my teeth had cavities and if we should fill them or not, had I not brought them up the dentist wouldn’t have mentioned it to me. They also wouldn’t fix a cavity unless I removed a healthy wisdom tooth because it would be easier to get to the cavity, I complied yet they never did the other work and abandoned me as a patient.

Bad business practices at its finest! Horrible communication with staff and patients. Staff was unable to answer ANY questions regarding appointment changes. "Yeah.. I don't know" was the only answer I received. Due diligence on the part of Bright Smiles is non existent! Do yourself a favor and NEVER go to this facility!!

“Tooth be told!” My personal experience with Dr. Virati Chokshi today was positive in all aspects related to my dental health. She definitely aided me in the effort of making my choice about a filling I needed without fear, and now I have a filling! :) Thank You Doctor! More to come as My teeth continue to be under her care and as I continue to FLOSS at LEAST once DAILY. Update 9/14/22 Chris her assistant is amazing and really takes the cake for his caring words and genuine kindness.

The office was more than willing to answer many of my questions regarding the healing process after the extraction. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! It has been very hard to find a great dentist while being on state insurance. This dentist is amazing and the best one I have found since the last great one I went to. Dr. Chanana and his assistants Thania and Jose and so friendly and do a great job! Dr. Chanana is gentle,caring, and very communicative. The assistants do a wonderful job assisting him and I feel so great about having my child come here. Lastly, Kourina, the front desk receptionist, is super friendly and took great care of my child when he got a little sick from the flouride.
