Dr. Peterson and his whole staff were very friendly and educational. When we found out that our 2 week old Daughter had a lip and tongue tie, Dr. Peterson came highly recommend by many friends. They made us feel comfortable through our whole process.

Excellent.. I felt very good about our appointment. My one-month baby had two ties that needed to be released - we had a good feeling about both of the ties going into today, as far as knowing they were there. I was a nervous wreck, but I think I cried more than my child did. Dr. Peterson was very knowledgeable and resourceful.

Excellent service from all of the staff we interacted with before, during and after our daughter’s procedure. Although nobody wants their baby to have to get oral ties taken care of, if it’s necessary, De Pere Smiles/ The Tongue Tie Institute is a great practice to choose.

I understand firsthand now why Dr. Peterson at De Pere Smiles and the Tongue Tie Institute of Wisconsin is so highly recommended. I am so glad I listened to the reviews, and am able to make my own 5-star review of Dr. Peterson and his team. My daughter needed her tongue tie revised along with the release of three additional ties at 11-weeks old after a prior unsuccessful scissor release. It was a very low-stress experience apart from hearing your baby cry briefly. Numbing ointment was applied, the procedure was done in minutes, and I was able to nurse her shortly after. Dr. Peterson and Anne, RN, IBCLC, were extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. They absolutely set you up for success by demonstrating and educating you on the required stretches to be performed at home, provide a follow-up appointment, and offer an open line of communication if issues were to arise. I don’t wish that my future children have oral ties, but I rest assured knowing where to receive high quality care from the start next time.

Kind & thorough. UPDATE: I'm writing this while my crown is being milled, in house! They invited me to watch it being milled, explained all the technology, showed me the stunning 3D scan they use to design the crown, and how it all fits together. This is engineering as much as it is dentistry. This is my fourth crown (at least), first one here. I don't anticipate ever going anywhere else.

Such a nice new facility with the same great staff. The staff was professional and friendly.

I was new to the area, so finding a new dentist was a bit hard for me at first. I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Peterson and the hygienists. Dr. Peterson has made me feel so comfortable and calm during services, even at my age - a woman can still get scared of a cavity fill or a crown. I highly recommend them. Friendly, kind, caring and always checking in with you during any procedure.

Great new facility and good service. The only downside is, it's an expensive place! But what do you expect? If it's too much for you look elsewhere, I think it's worth it.

Both of our kids had tongue and lip ties released at De Pere Smiles due to nursing issues a few days after they were born. Dr. Peterson and the lactation consultant did an amazing job of educating us on why we were having these feeding issues. We can’t say enough about the time they gave us, the education they provided, and the quality of care we received. We have had great results and would recommend anyone to see the team at De Pere Smiles.

WOW! Dr. Peterson and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and made releasing my daughters tongue and lip ties easy!! My only regret is not finding them sooner.
