Clean place, very nice waiting area. I did have an issue with being called back at the same time as another person with same name. Perhaps call out the name of the patient followed by the Dr's name. This would avoid any confusion. I'll be going back!

I’ve been visiting Honest Teeth for about 10 years and I have always had a great experience there. Hygienists and doctors care about patients and take the time to discuss concerns. They do not push you to get additional treatments, only what you need at reasonable price. Now that I have a child, they suggested to bring him to my appointments so he gets used to the whole thing. My son has been there two times and the team has been super nice and accommodating with us. My husband and he go there and my child will become their patient as soon as he needs preventative care.

I am very conscious of the importance of a review of a medical provider as someone who relies heavily on reading other patients experiences and really getting a feel on their thoughts before I choose to see any doctor/dentist for treatment/procedures/guidance. And as someone who has been having an absolutely horrible last few years with dental/medical issues and having to find all new doctors after moving to MKE last year, and not knowing who to trust....I can confidently say after seeing Dr. Max for the first time yesterday for an exam, I genuinely do trust him. If you're someone who believes in trusting your gut instinct like I am, I always can tell if I trust a doctor pretty quickly and within seconds of meeting Dr. Max (and the rest of the honest teeth staff I interacted with), I genuinely finally felt at ease about my dental care and know I will now 100% be a Honest Teeth patient going forward. I really appreciate how he handled our time together and really cared about what I was going through and gave me his expert opinion with no judgement over my anxieties/questions and no rush on our time. Bri was also amazing and made me feel at ease throughout my appointment. Now, I am also conscious of the fact I haven't received any treatment from Honest Teeth yet and that's a whole other level of trust in a provider, but for now I am deciding I deeply trust Dr. Max and the rest of his team and believe he will provide me with the safety and comfort all patients need during any scary (and let's be real traumatizing) dental procedures I will need in the future and I will be in very good/expert hands. From someone with deep medical anxiety and a distrust in the American healthcare system after years of neglect, poor medical care, so much medical debt and gaslighting, thank you Dr. Max. You have no idea how much I really needed this win and your dental office to confidently have a place to trust for my dental/health concerns.
