I recently visited this dentistry and I have to say, the Hygienist, Helene and Dr. Ford were awesome! They were very thorough in their work and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had. Additionally, the receptionist, Denitza, was kind and helpful in answering my questions on insurance and how to use dental products. Overall, the team at this dentistry is fantastic and I felt well taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and caring dental experience.

Mendota Springs Dentistry is a friendly and confident place. I was surprised that I had the option to watch TV while undergoing a teeth cleaning. It was Jerry Seinfeld and me! I actually enjoyed myself. Thanks for cleaning my teeth and giving me some entertainment.

As new clients, Mendota Springs Denistry has been able to provide me and my children appointments in a timely manner and we have been very pleased with every treatment and procedure we have had. I have a great deal of dental work to get done due to some life issues and they have been patient In working with me through insurance and payment planning. And, almost more important to me, unlike other dentists I have seen, there has been no judgment. Every single person I’ve dealt with has been so friendly! Happy to have found Mendota Springs Dentistry.

Mendota Springs Dentistry makes you want to go in and get all your teeth cleaned over and over again just so you can be inside the atmosphere. The place is clean and has a cute theme. The staff are super friendly and make going to the dentist enjoyable.

Mendota spring dentistry is very convenient for me. Just a 2 minutes drive from my house. That’s why I went to them. But this office worked carelessly and ripped off patients. I visited the office for filling my 2 cavities. The night right after the filling, I was unable to floss between those two teeth.. I was struggling with the problem. And 1 of the two fillings fell off after not even a month. I had to make another trip back to the office to fix that issues and reduce the filling back. After that I got 1 cement, it lasted less than 2 months. When I went back for the cement again. They said I must pay for that service. Paying out of pocket without insurance covered for their careless work… Don’t try Mendota Spring Dentistry if you don’t want to lose your time and your money

I decided to go to Mendota Springs because I had a dental emergency, it was near my home at the time, and it had great reviews online. I wish I had looked at ALL of the reviews, because the more descriptive comments all share a theme - greed and lack of empathy. It takes a lot for someone to come on here to write a review like this to caution others. The good: The office itself is GORGEOUS, which was actually a bit of a red flag for me (patients pay for those fancy decor extras) but I have to say the office and treatment rooms are clean and well designed. The reception staff was GREAT and very caring. The bad: The hygienist was nice, but a bit detached. Seemed like she was tense and rushed- as others have commented, the cleaning felt incomplete. The dentist was condescending and I felt embarrassed. I was convinced to buy a dental “plan” for several hundred dollars, so I decided to come back for 2 extractions and eventual implants. One extraction was a molar, and took a LONG time. The dentist seemed to blame me for my long tooth roots. Ok…sorry? I was in terrible pain and had cried throughout the end of the extraction. She then scoffed at me when I asked about pain management. The ugly: the big evil molar got dry socket a couple days later. I went in, tooth throbbing and level 10 pain. I couldn’t eat or sleep at this point. Sat in the waiting room for 20-30 minutes writhing in pain, only to see the dentist for a few minutes to give me some natural ointment for the dry socket. Unbelievable…now I’m left to find a different dentist because I will not go back to be treated like garbage. The owners/investors are image focused and don’t seem to really care about the people they are “caring” for.

Everyone here is very nice and professional. My dentist was able to complete two fillings in 15-20 minutes making an extremely quick appointment. Her and her dental assistant were also very understanding/patient with me when I jumped a bit in the chair having felt a pinch. Really great team here.

Had a great first visit here. Not a huge fan of the dentist usually, but the staff here were so kind and informative and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!

I have contacted the office several times and asked to speak to an office manager. You cannot access a manager or anyone other than the front desk. They will not complete my Invisalign or refund my money. They will steal your money with no remorse. Be careful what you pay for in advance they do not stand behind their services.

Mendota springs started out as a great place for me, however they lost my Invisalign trays and blamed it on me. They will not complete my Invisalign, or refund me. Be careful they will steal your money and discard you without finishing your treatments. They also do not honor their free whitening advertisement.
