Best dental place in town.

Dr. Wetzel performed my procedure with outstanding precision. From X-ray explanation to repairing an old cracked filling to cleaning my teeth, it was a comforting experience with him and all the attending staff. Thank you!

I was referred to Oral Health Associates last summer by a coworker. She said the office staff is great and the doctors are amazing to work with. SHE WAS NOT WRONG! Quick back story… I took a baseball to my mouth at around 8-9 years old and most of the trauma was directed to my two front. The hit was so bad it killed the nerves in my teeth. I noticed as years went on that my teeth started to discolor and get darker. They were so gross looking and no external whiting product made any sort of difference. When I met with Dr. Wetzel for the first time, he listened to my concerns with how my teeth looked and came up with a game plan to help me! Initially, the plan was to put caps on my two front teeth. He explained the entire process to me in detail and reassured he’d do everything he could to help me out. Due to insurance denying this work, it would take some time to save the funds to pay for this in full out of pocket. Mind you, the office staff / insurance lady did everything they could for me, including offering a discount if paid in full and offering for me to make a payment plan. Later in the year I went in for a cleaning, and Dr. Wetzel came in by me to discuss a different option for my teeth! He offered internal bleaching. There was no guarantee it would work, but I was willing to try anything! It has been a long and tedious process, but I cannot believe the results!! We’re on week 8 with this and I’m sure Dr. Wetzel, his AMAZING assistant Cindy and everyone at the office is sick of seeing me so much HAHA! But I cannot express enough how thankful and grateful I am!! I love to smile/laugh but always felt so self conscious. But now, I’m smiling big and so proud!! You’re treated like family here, you’re not just another patient. They went above and beyond to help make me feel like myself again! I HIGHLY recommend contacting this office if you’re looking for a new dentist!! Thank you so much Dr. Wetzel and Cindy! ❤️

Everyone is always friendly and take the time to explain everything they’re doing and answer all of my questions. They do top notch work. I don’t dread going to the dentist and I don’t believe a lot of people can say that,

I can not say enough good things about Oral Health Associates. All of the staff, hygienists, and doctors are extremely kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have anxiety when it comes to dental work, but have always felt so supported and cared for at OHA. We have recently been working on a solution for my jaw clenching at night and with a new night guard and a few adjustments, my teeth feel great, I have far less headaches, and my sleep has greatly improved! I could not be happier or more grateful to Dr. Koch and his team.

The best dentist I have ever had with the MOST down-to-earth staff! I had a chipped front tooth repaired, and the insert came out only a week after the procedure was done. I was about fit to be tied! Instead of billing me for the fix, as it was my fault, they understood that life happens. It was repaired free of charge. That's what I call integrity and caring about the customer! FIVE STARS!

I actually have not been to the dentist in years, I am in my late 50’s. I had no need. Decided I needed to get a checkup. Live in a small town, did not feel I ever received the best care. Decided to go to a larger city for a good check up. From the moment we walked through the front door, (my husband had his teeth looked at also), we were treated so kind and the dentist (Dr. Brian Koch) and his assistant, Cindy, were so gentle and kind. Very informative, make you feel so comfortable. Did not rush the appointment at all. Have had a number of follow up visits. From cleaning, fillings and cap replacements. All has went smoothly. We should have been going to the dentist more often, to avoid so much work having to be completed! :) Glad we have went and would highly recommend and plan on making, yearly visits to the city :), to keep our teeth, healthy! Thank you for the great care!

I called there to make an appointment and decided against it because the lady on the phone was very very rude and unprofessional, and did not answer any information I had asked.

Dr. Koch and staff are top-tier. The customer service, including the text reminders, smiling faces (even beneath masks) and attention to detail is of the utmost quality. I have been a patient since 2018 and have no plans on leaving!

Dr. Koch is friendly, compassionate, caring with gentle hands. I would recommend him to all my friends to come here.

I've had such a positive experience with all the staff here. I actually look forward to go to the dentist now. I have gotten cleanings, all of my fillings redone to white ones which were previously gray and deteriorating, and crowns here and feel confident in my smile now. Thank you to all the great staff for making this a comfortable place I can trust!

I have been a patient of Dr. Koch’s for 30 years and I can’t recommend him and Oral Health Associates enough! I have never once had a bad experience there and I have been through alot of very difficult problems with my teeth. Dr. Koch is incredibly gentle and patient and has such a kind, calm and comforting demeanor. He got me through it all and in the end did a beautiful set of veneers for me that I’ve had for about 15 years now with no problems. I have seen the other dentists there on occasion as well and have always had positive experiences. The assistants and hygienists are all so sweet and their front desk staff is like none other, the nicest gals you’d ever want to meet! Always going out of their way to get you in for appointments and keep you on a regular schedule. I have been taking my kids (now teenagers) there as well since their first checkups when they were little and Dr. Koch and his team have always been so good with them. My husband and the rest of our extended family are patients as well and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!
