Dr. Van Kleunen made me feel at ease and comfortable within minutes of meeting her. As a nervous dental patient- she was understanding, thorough and kind and so knowledgable. As always, the hygenists are extremely knowledgable and do an amazing job. This office is always up on the current science and technology to help give you the best possible smile. Also- the ladies at the front desk are always a pleasure to work with- whether with scheduling, insurance and/or billing

I drop my toddlers off next door for autism treatment and had been struggling to find a dentist who would see little ones with autism and on state disability insurance. I had been calling around and thought to finally check here one morning after dropping them off. Not only did they offer to see my son, they insisted even though I asked (after being told by multiple other offices while calling around) we could self pay despite having state insurance. Their plan was to intake my daughter who is 8 for treatment and start by having my 3 year old with autism come back and sit in the chair, get used to how a visit would be, but on the day of the appointment they wouldn't even allow him back there and said they didn't have time for that. Even asking if he could just come back to see, they wouldn't let him. Then we got the bill...and the rest of us had our appointments days later...and another insane bill for just looking and two cleanings it was nearly $880! They knew all of it would be 100% covered by insurance anywhere else, insisted we could self pay, and after confrontation at the desk having been told we could be in trouble and lose coverage altogether; self paying WASN'T allowed, they insisted they never told me it was Someone else from behind said it was her they would look into it an get back to me. They never did. When you have special needs kids on state insurance it's insanely hard to navigate the first time after getting 100 "no" answers on the phone. To have given Karson a chance to be seen and accepted was worth everything I had to take from savings until they denied him! Everyday since then I drop the boys off and am angry they never followed up, never offered money back...we have four kids on medicaid obviously handing them $1000 just to end up somewhere that treated us better for nothing makes me furious. we seen the next dentist the following week and it's been amazing. They work with all of us and their new patient fee was not $300.

So very happy to find this place. I called yesterday because I'm in excruciating pain. They got me in the very next day and able to service my needs immediately. The staff treated me great and I'm typically a nervous Nelly when it comes to the dentist but this place made me feel safe. Highly recommend!

They are always professional and understanding. Dr. Kathy has been wonderful with my elderly mom.

All of my experiences with Czaplicki Family Dentistry have been pleasurable. Each of the dentists and team members have been professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The positive experiences with the dentists, administrative personnel, and clinical staff, both assistants and hygienists, have made these occasions excellent. I came here after my former dentist canceled on me twice after I had broken a tooth. Czaplicki got me in IMMEDIATELY and they were so thorough I already knew what work I needed besides due to prior appointments with other dentists, so I knew they were honest with me. They also really put me at ease as I was nervous about the extent of damage I would've sustained. So happy with them

staff that work here are extremely belittling and extremely unprofessional. They is no flexibility when scheduling, I'm an IT Manager for a living and today was called to an emergency and obviously jobs are important so I didn't get a chance to call but was about to call then told (even though I haven't been at a visit in years) they say I keep doing this and now they will just push me out as far as they can put me because I keep doing this? They were also jerks when it came to collect $145.00 when I Just was recently divorced among many other things. I Have since paid off said balance but take my word, very unprofessional atmosphere I would not recommend anyone goin here. I'm now working hard to locate a new dentist.

Did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth however before I made an appointment I asked if they were in network and was told "YES" only to be given a bill after the cleaning. I had a previous appointment to have an assessment done and there was no mention of a bill at that time. The bill I was given today shows a previous balance of $92.00 for that evaluation in addition to the current charges for a total balance of $122.00 estimated insurance payment of $72.00. My plan pays for two cleanings a year plus $1500.00 a year for extra costs. In my opinion this is a way for the dentist to get extra money as most dentists I've been to do the assessment at the time of the cleaning. Make sure you call your insurance company before you book as you can't rely on the dentist stating that they are in network. Just got another bill from this dentist for $29.00 and a statement from my insurance which they told me they accept my insurance and the insurance paid nothing. They totally lied.

For at least 10 years I had complained to my previous, long time dentist that my bite was off. He insisted I was grinding my teeth. I knew that wasn't true because I would find pieces of my teeth in food as I chewed. I had chewed my 3 bridges down to bare metal and my lower, front teeth were wearing down. Dr. Don evaluated my problem, agreed my bite was off and came up with a plan to restore my entire mouth. After almost a year, my teeth have all been crowned, and the bridges replaced with implants. Dr. Don did a full mouth restoration, and now my teeth should now last for the rest of my life. Another bonus is that I now have a mouth full of white teeth! Dr. Don and his assistants were so easy to work with. All were very professional, very caring and the entire procedure was just about painless. His office staff was so helpful scheduling my appointments. Can't say enough about Czaplicki Family Dentistry, just wish I had found them 10 years ago.

I've been coming here for about eight years. Dr. Don fixed what multiple other dentists couldn't. He did a great job whitening too. I still travel to see him.

I’ve been going here for over 8 years and couldn’t be happier with the service. The office is clean and comfortable. The hygienist are so nice and gentle. Dr. Don and Dr. Kathy are always very kind. The receptionist are always cheerful and helpful getting my family in for appointments. Would highly recommend!

My family has been going to Czaplicki Family Dentistry for several years now! They've been great with my own adult needs (including TMJ treatment and adult orthodontia), as well as my daughters'. It's great being somewhere that can also treat children and does it with compassion! We love the hygienists and all doctors we've seen over the years but especially Drs. Don and Cathy!

My family and I love all three docs! They make you feel so at ease and have great communication skills. Their front office staff can’t be beat! All the ladies are very knowledgeable, helpful and patient! I do have to say we miss Dori who has retired but feel thankful for the time we worked with her. I would recommend Czaplicki Dentistry to anyone looking for a great bunch of professionals!

Czaplicki Family Dentistry is by far my favorite dentistry and I highly recommend coming here for all your dental needs. Dental problems can affect many areas of a person's life so you want a dentist compassionate and honest with all your needs and concerns. The staff here is lovely making me always feel comfortable with every visit. I plan on getting the popular KÕR Teeth Whitening done eventually. I'll update you with my results.
