Dr. O and team are amazing! I have had anxiety with dental work from previous horrible experiences with other dentists. I needed a lot of work done and Dr. O and her team were so kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience every time I came. I called yesterday regarding a pain I was having and they got me in early this morning between patients, fixed the issue quickly and didn't even charge me! She is a fantastic dentist and definitely worth seeing!

I loved going to The Good Dentist because they were able to take care of my whole family in one place. They talked to my kids on their level that made them feel comfortable and not so nervous. My kids are excited to go back to the dentist because they had such a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands. They didn’t pressure me to buy anything extra. When they showed me what teeth needed work, everything was printed clearly on a sheet with my X-rays, what was wrong, how to fix it and the price. I felt like I had a good understanding of what my teeth needed. I didn’t feel like they had hidden fees or that they might be overcharging me. We had such a great experience and we can’t wait to go back! I definitely recommend The Good Dentist.

Overall, I do not recommend this new practice at all. My family is switching dentists. It is a poorly run business, understaffed, rude staff in a new building with patients transferred from the previous, wonderful dentist when the practice was sold. My whole family or patients of Dr. sprung, who retired. My first experience with the good dentist was arriving to an appointment when I was unaware that the practice had been sold. I walked in and was told by the front desk staff that they were not sure if my preventative cleaning would be covered by insurance because they had not run it. They told me that I should have checked with my insurance before hand. No one had contacted me before hand. I have been a patient at this practice for five years. The front desk staff was extremely rude during this ordeal. Later, when I declined x-rays I was initially told that they wouldn’t provide a cleaning if I didn’t get x-rays completed. I was later apologized to when I explained that I was pregnant. But this is not common practice to refuse a cleaning because someone declines the more $$$ X-rays. When I made my follow up appointment, I had to schedule 2 1/2 months out. I took a day off of work and then the morning of my appointment, I received a call and was told my appointment was canceled due to illness of a staff member. There was no apology given. My appointment was rescheduled for two months later. I would recommend choosing another dentist, save your time and your sanity as going to the dentist is already stressful enough without a host of scheduling problems, angry staff and bad business practice.
