I broke a tooth during deer hunting, 350 miles from home. They got me in same day and did great work to patch me up until I could get to my dentist back home. I'm super grateful.

Hawksford Dental clinic is the most professional dental clinic I've ever been to. The dentists there are extremely knowledgeable and make you feel that you're the priority instead of the bottom line.

Being new to the area my family is looking for a local dental office we can get started working with. I went to the Hawksford Dental website and filled out information stating I would need a cleaning and am having an issue with a tooth. Eight days later I received an email that read "We are closed through next week due to equipment/cabinet installation. Sorry! Carrie Jo" I am absolutely shocked by the lack of customer service this dental office has shown me. There was no follow up and absolutely no interest in helping me whatsoever. I do not know who our local dentist will be, but I can guarantee that it will not be Hawksford Dental. If I could give this review a zero star rating, that would be a true representation of their customer service rating.

My experience thus far with Hawksford Larson Dental care has been amazing. They make you feel welcome right when you walk through the door. Highly recommended if you want a place that cares! They get the job done, and done well.

I would never use this place again. The office Manager Carrie is the rudest unprofessional person I have ever met. My daughter went to them for dental services and they billed us. Our daughter is 21 and just because she is on our insurance does not make us liable for the bill. They should have changed the guarantor which they did not do. After telling them that they needed to bill the services to the correct person the office manager Carrie became very rude and wanted to know when payment would be made. I told her to bill it to the right person and then she would get paid. She then loudly stated not to use there services again. She is not up to date on the practices for billing regarding insurance and I would never go there or recommend them to anyone.

I usually do not write reviews, but I had the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist with my daughter. I brought my 3 year old in for a simple fluoride treatment (she sees a pediatric dentist that is an hour and a half away). The dental hygienist saw our intake form, knowing my daughter was afraid of the masks and put one on anyway. Then, Hawksford came into the room and proceeded to yell at my daughter to stop crying, took a mirror and said, "This is what you look like when you are crying," and then asked me what was wrong with her and if she's been through trauma. Finally I stepped in as things were escalating and told her she was making it worse. She then stood up, and said, "Ok! Well if I'm making it worse then we are done!" Pushed her chair very firmly and stormed off. I picked up my things and left immediately. No treatment for my daughter. I asked where to file a formal complaint and the front desk person told me to send in a letter. My daughter has been to the dentist several times and is usually upset, but calms down after the treatment. We have never seen anything quite like this. Needless to say, I will NEVER bring my child here again. I will also be making my experiences known to anyone that is seeking dental care in the Hayward area. I DO NOT recommend you or your child to go here.
