Doctor Kowalski and his staff at Jackson Family Dentistry are absolutely phenomenal. I have a severe case of PTSD that has kept me from getting dental work for the better part of two decades. I have met with a few dentists over the years only to flee their office before I could even be fully examined. I have huge issues with laying down in vulnerable positions or being touched by strangers. My teeth were in very poor shape by the time I finally steeled myself to try once more at Jackson Family Dentistry. The staff was so kind, understanding, and gentle. They did everything to put me at ease for my exam. Dr Kowalski was the first Dentist I have felt comfortable with in 20 years! He managed my ptsd with respect and compassion, and removed my wisdom teeth so gently and quickly. I had almost no pain in the recovery. His kindness, professionalism, and skilled, gentle hands provided me with the assurance and trust I needed to go back in for the major dental work, including 4 crowns and a root canal. These were separated into 3 almost 3 hour appointments. Because of Dr Kowalski and his incredible bedside manner and tremendous skill, I have been able to receive the dental care I have needed for TWENTY years. Let me make clear, I do not have dental phobia. I have severe PTSD which was making it impossible to lay down in a dental chair. This man went above and beyond to create a space of trust and security so I could get through my treatments. I NEVER in my life thought that could be possible. His work is flawless, my crowns look amazing, and he did it all without putting me through any more trauma. I do not have dental insurance and his team offers a significant discount when paying out of pocket! If you are a soldier or anyone suffering from PTSD, I highly recommend Dr. Kowalski. When I moved to Jackson it was convenient to contact Jackson Family Dentistry. To me I never liked going to the dentist, I would always leave in pain and it always felt just depressing to go. But once I met this staff my whole attitude changed! Its a very clean and well maintained facility and every member of the staff treats you like family. My hygienist Courtney makes every visit absolutely fantastic! She's not only very professional, but cares about you as a person and the goings on in your life. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. I will continue to look forward to each appointment, and thank you again Jackson Family Dentistry for changing my perspective on going to the dentist! All smiles coming from me!

This place is amazing! Called and they got me in right away. All of the staff are so sweet and helpful. I have never been to a dentist office where I’m excited to go back and know my teeth are in great hands.

Max did such a wonderful job at going over all of the good and bad with my teeth. I felt incredibly well informed and confident making a plan to move forward. He and Kristin were both welcoming, personable, and gave me all the information I needed.

Such a good experience every time I go! Dr Major is so friendly and explains everything very well. All the rest of the staff are always so nice as well. Can not recommend them highly enough! Im pretty sure nobody enjoys going to the dentist, but today I came home and told my husband "I actually had a great time at the dentist today" lol

Everyone is always so friendly and considerate! I was the world's biggest chicken about going to the dentist and honestly put it off as long as I could. But I needed dental help and wanted a place close to home so I gave them a shot. I'm glad I did! They listen to your concerns and make you as comfortable as possible.

I had a broken tooth that required prompt attention. The team was able to get me in quickly for temporary repairs, and offered a great permanent solution to the problem. Care was excellent, and the Dr. made a personal call to follow up on my condition. Great team!!

It was time to find a new dentist for the first time since the Covid, After doing research, I decided to give Jackson Dental a try. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, and everything was explained, and options were given for the additional work I need. Courtney and Dr. Major were easy to talk to and no pressure. I was given a quote based on my insurance and I was scheduled back within a week for the needed work. so far I'm very happy with my choice!

I came in for a teeth cleaning appointment. I told them about my bottom left wisdom tooth coming in and they wanted to remove them the same day! It was awesome how quickly they got it done and they were super comforting and nice! As there were 7 people in the room with me, each and every one of them did an amazing job at communicating and making sure I got what I needed!

I had substantial work needed to be done on my teeth. The dentist and the assistance did the work necessary quickly and efficiently. And now I have four more teeth that are in good shape.

First time back at the dentist in way too long. They were SO kind! I have horrible dental anxiety and they treated me with so much compassion let alone the top notch dental care I received. Dr major was amazing and so was Dr. Kowalski. EDIT: the more I have thought about this through the week the more I realize how rare this level of care is. The day of my emergent work Dr. Major called on the evening to check on me and make sure everything was going smoothly and I wasn’t having issues. My face was still partially numb (i have nervous system issues not a them issue) he explained some options of what it could be gave me the outcomes of those and what to expect. He also told me he would be touching base again the next day. We talked again the next day I was doing much better. He had given me his card which has his cell and told me if anything concerned me after hours to reach out which I did. He was kind and concise which I very much appreciated. He not his staff ever made me feel like a burden or shamed me for not seeking dental care sooner for the issues I was having. I will never be going anywhere else.

I have bad anxiety (9 out of 10) when it comes to the dentist, but the team here is very caring, reassuring, professional, knowledgeable, cleanly and friendly. I really could not ask for a better dental team! I appreciate the new technology used here as well. Plus, the ceiling tv helps!
