Here's another 5-star review. All three dentists (Drs. Farrow, Ellen and now Hebdon) are/have been great. Danielle and Kristi are also to be commended.

First off Thank you. My whole experience from setting up my appt to making my next appt was wonderful. Staff was informative, thorough, professional, and friendly.

Everything was excellent! Patient care was awesome and painless! I was a first time client and needed crown work, beyond happy with everything, this is where my family and I will be going from now on!!

Thorough & conservative - truly appreciate knowing I can trust

Will be switching dentists after 20+ years. I scheduled a cleaning and was charged for an exam. The new management automatically does a brief (very brief) exam every time you go in for a cleaning and you are charged for it. When I tried to schedule a cleaning-only for the next time she insisted there was an exam required and I would have to tell the staff at the time of the appointment and sign some papers to avoid the unneccesary exam. This is not a good business practice and far from transparent. My husband went in today and they pulled the same routine. Really disgusted. In response to your response below: Make no mistake, we clarified nothing on the phone. There was no misunderstanding about the examinations. I made an appointment for a semiannual cleaning and you stopped in during the cleaning for less than 5 minutes and charged me for an examination. I did not make an appointment for an examination. (The money does not impact me, I am simply offended by the practice.) Most dentists offices do NOT recommend exams every 6 months unless there is an ongoing issue with a patient. They do NOT require you to sign papers if you choose NOT to have an exam every 6 months. You are monetizing simple cleaning appointments to maximize profits. You made it your standard operating procedure to add an exam onto a cleaning appointment. It makes sense for you since you have the patient in the office and can add income to the visit. It does NOT make sense for all of your patients who do not require or even want an additional exam and I am guessing most are not aware of that they are automatically included, as I was not. In my humble opinion this is NOT a good or honorable business practice. Your response to my review was misleading and rather underhanded.

I went into see the dentist because a part of my tooth broke off. Dr. Hebdon was just going to check it out, and I’d make another appointment to get it fixed. When he looked at it, he said he could take care of it right away if I had another 45 minutes. I said yes, and he fixed it right up! It looks and feels great. The hygienist even postponed her lunch to make this happen for me. What a great staff!

Went here after no dentist for 6 or so years. No judgment at all, everyone was kind and understanding. Was getting x-ray done and the dental assistant noticed it was painful, everywhere else I went would have said do your best and continued, instead she took me over and got the panorama x-ray instead! I am so grateful for that! Will continue going here for a long time!

Staff was friendly. The services are done every six months. I have nothing I could say about Kaukauna Family Dentistry except I would recommend them and the staff as professional, caring and do work that lasts.

I see a lot of people put positive reviews. Sad I have to be the first of the negatives. Will NOT be back here nor will anyone I know. First off needed a root canal because life happens. Wait for insurance to pre-auth (which why do we pay for insurance if it doesn’t do a dang thing. Anyways, get a call back first they schedule it at the end of September… Ok first, oral health is important but deal with something that severe for a few months and good luck. 2nd, they quote a price. I get there and all of the sudden it’s hundreds more. I don’t know about everyone else, but who’s got large amounts of money to drop in todays time? If you are that fortunate that’s wonderful and you’re blessed. The funny thing was the lady at the counter let it be known in her tone and actions she could care less. I had an internal chuckle at the thought of how people are here. You can tell you don’t matter if you all of the sudden cannot afford an up in price. Her demeanor showed she was ready to show the door if your wallet isn’t packed with large payments. Now saying that, there are very sweet people that are employed there. The hygienist that was with me my first appt was sweet as pie, but I forget her name. The happiness of the office. But, as I stated before I will not go back, and my spouse cancelled their appt as well. Sad representation of American medical. We will be looking elsewhere for quality treatment.

The staff is always kind and friendly. The teeth cleaning and exam were efficient and through.

I'm very happy to share my family experience about our visit at family dentistry our two girls love to visit the dentist same for my husband and me definitely great quality service. Kristi is amazing thank you 😊

Great local family dentist.

This is a wonderful caring dental office. Amazed with everyone walking in they knew the first name of all pts as they walked thru the door. Very thorough with the teeth cleaning and the follow up exam with the dentist.

I was very pleased with Dr. Hebdon and felt he was knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. His staff was also friendly.

After being a patient of a number of different dentists in the Valley for the past 45 yrs., I have finally found one that I am confident is giving me excellent care and have always given me different options for care/procedures, given me their advice then let me make the decision. I have been a patient of Dr. Farrow for over 15 years and now also see Dr. Hebdon. There staff is awesome and caring.
