The office staff was friendly but the reason why I am giving Maplewood Dental a 2 star rating is because I had to get a new crown done and after my first appointment of installing the temporary tooth, they left cement all over my face and lips. Additionally, I had little parts of cement still lingering in my mouth. They did not even do a thorough clean and so I still had chemicals in my mouth. It was bitter tasting and disgusting. At my second appointment to install the actual crown, the same thing happened again where it was rushed through, particles of cement, and nasty chemicals in my mouth.

My normal hygienist was sick, so they scheduled me with someone else. I would have liked a phone call and given the heads up that I would be seeing someone different, and at least given the option to reschedule. My appointment was at 9am, and I was back in my car by 915am. My teeth did not have the “just left the dental office clean feeling.” I didn’t even see the dentist! Very disappointed.
