Faced with an emergency, they got me in quickly, took care of my problem, and set me up with a plan to address the rest of my dental needs. Everyone I dealt with (reception, tech, hygienist, two dentists, and billing) was helpful, friendly, even fun! Go there. You'll be happy, too.

Don't go here unless you absolutely have to, staff I dealt with was rude, they aren't very thorough, don't explain anything after going here once I canceled my app to get 2 teeth drilled good thing I did to cause when I went to midwest they explained everything I asked about the cavities and was told they were minor just something they would keep an eye on, if your looking for a good dentist that explains and doesn't make you feel stupid I suggest midwest dental.🙂

Please steer clear of this place. There is absolutely no concern for the patients well being or safety. Incredibly unorganized and unethical. When they are called out they start blaming each other. Latest excuse for not addressing my issue is that they are still backlogged from the covid shutdown. Thanks to them not removing my abscessed tooth the infection got so bad that now my sinuses have been affected. It’s going to be a lengthy and difficult healing process. Not to mention that they prescribe medication and do not document it in your records. I had to dig medicine bottles out of my trash and tell the what and why they prescribed because nobody in their office bothered to record it.

I hadn't been to the dentist for about 10 years. I Iost my insurance at 18 like many do. Surprise surprise I had a toothache ( an old filling fell out) and I was very nervous to even call but their staff were extremely friendly, professional, and instantly made me feel better and more at ease. I was seen the next day and their financial aid program helped me pay for my bill. I'm very pleased to have them in my home town.

I don't go to Ladysmith thay don't no what that r doing
