I just took my daughter to her first dentist appointment. She saw Dr. Howland (dentist) and Emily (hygienist). It was a great first trip to the dentist! Many of us know that the dentist can be an overwhelming place for a toddler. But not if you go to Dr. Howland! She made my daughter (and me—the mom) feel comfortable and happy! Waited 25 minutes in the lobby for my appointment to start. Then after a cleaning, waited again for the dentist to arrive. my appointment took one hour in total, and I saw the dentist for a total of two minutes. I used to enjoy my interactions with the dentists greatly, now there just isn’t any. Everyone is just too busy, sad.
