It was horrible dentist didn't really talk to you didn't truly examine my mouth they put towels over your eyes and chin and Gauze over your nose into your mouth so if you're not going with smells faces you start to panic and he's like just breathe through your nose just breathe through your nose I asked him to take it off and he said no because he was afraid that he would drop a tool on my face in my eye will never go back there will never recommend anybody to this place

He’s the reason I now have a fear of dentists. Do not recommend.

Do not take your child here. Never leave your child go in the back alone. All low reviews are the truth. His services have greatly declined in the last 10 years. He's abusive and rude. Go elsewhere.

We love the doctor and the staff! 5 stars!

Been going here for many years and my kids since they were 2-3 yrs old. Does amazing work and right to it. Staff is amazing and do what they can to make you comfy and desk staff are always pleasant.

Called in December and was told they take badger care but to call back at the end of January and they would get me right in with no waitlist. Called back and was told they now only take badger care for children 12 and under. Could have gotten on waitlists for other dentists but didn’t because I was told they would “get me right in” and took my insurance. I’ve been trying to get into a dentist for over two years ridiculous af.

Like long wait times? A condescending dentist who suggests you go to a dentist he admits he would never go to? Hearing from the next dentist you go to that the previous dentist did a terrible job? Look no further. The staff in the waiting room are the only redeemable quality of this office. Save yourself time and look elsewhere. 1/10. Would never recommend.

Worst place to go! Parents, I STRONGLY ADVISED YOU GUYS TO GO INTO THE BACK ROOM WITH YOUR KIDS WHEN THIS DOCTOR IS DOING HIS PROCEDURE ON YOUR KIDS! IF YOUR KID(S) SAYS THEY ARE SCARED OR THE DOCTOR WAS ROUGH. YOUR KIDS ARE RIGHT! HE DEGRADES HIS DENTAL ASSISTANTS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. THEN YOU HAVE THIS FAT (I believe her name is Becky or Becka or whatever her name is) DENTAL ASSISTANT WHO IS JUST HORRIBLE WITH HER JOB. DO NOT GO TO THIS PATHETIC "DOCTOR" AND HIS CLINIC.

My mom told me about this place. It's the only place besides the low income places that takes my insurance and those places have ruined my teeth. But even if they didn't I would still try to come here! The staff is always so nice and the receptionist greets my by name as soon as I walk in the door and she is always so nice! And the Doctor always goes above and beyond to try to save my tooth! He always numbs my mouth more if I am still in pain or trys/offers other ways to help the pain. He always jokes around with me and the assistant to keep your mind off what's going on. And when he numbs you, you don't even see the needle and when he puts it in your mouth he makes sure that you don't feel the needle stick! When I have a tooth that's bothering me they get me in right away or the very next day! I was reading some of these other reviews and I think some people think the Doctor is being serious when saying something when he's actually kidding. I really love going here and I will be bringing my kids when they are of age to go!

I have not gone here but I read all the other reviews on it and I'm afraid to say that I hope my mom never brings me here, I hate how the staff try to up the rate by making other accounts. DONT BRING UR KIDS HERE

My husband and son had an appointment at 10am today. It's 956am now. Not only did we almost have an amber alert for my daughter last night but I have kids with a non stop cough and vomiting and when we call to cancel an appointment I believe we deserve to be treated better than you did. Not only not re scheduling but this is not the first time you have made some bomb comments about how we just bombed a hour of your time. How dare you. We're on our way to the doctor we like our dentist but I don't know if I want to re schedule now. I do not like the way we have been talked to and treated when we're already facing a tough time ⌚

I came in terrified since I had not gone to the dentist before. The assistant was kind but Dr Egan was condescending and rude. I needed a filling and he did a lot of things without warning me. Then when he started drilling, I wasn’t numbed properly. I groaned in pain and he told me to compose myself because I was scaring the children. He told me if I felt pain to raise my hand. He kept going and I raised my hand. His assistant said: “she’s raising her hand.” And he did not stop. I cried out again and he got fed up. He said he couldn’t continue but his assistant said we could try again in a few minutes. We tried again and I apologized just for him to say: “it’s fine just compose yourself and cooperate.” I ignored the pain and cried the entire time. He did nothing to calm me down. He offered no support, just criticism. Then he lectured me on how I should be seeing a dentist every 6 months and I told him I was poor. (He didn’t know I called roughly 30 dentists before I found one that accepted my insurance) So he said, “well what did you pay today? Nothing. So what’s your excuse?” My “excuse” is that I cannot trust medical professionals because of people like you. I will never see you again.

I called in to see about getting an apt quickly as I had an issue with a tooth. I was told no, since my account had been sent to collections. I said no, I was on auto pay so no payments would be missed. I was told they sent letters and called. The number was wrong and the address was wrong!!! So incompetent! The receptionist was rude and unhelpful on fixing the issue. I was told I’d have to go elsewhere. I asked if I paid the balance, could I go. She said yes. THEN WHY NOT SAY THAT?!? She then again tells me I should just go somewhere else. Trust me, I’d rather! This place is a joke, surprised they’re still in business after reading these reviews!

Worst dentist ever. Three months later and I finally receive a bill. Wish I would have filed a lawsuit against this man. I have to pay 500 to a sadistic dentist that caused instant drysocket. He ripped literally ripped open my mouth. Tore my gums away from my cheek. Refused to sew a gaping whole left in my mouth. Yelled at me when I complained about the pain of him ripping my mouth. I have a joker smile now. This guy is so terrible he should not be aloud to even clip a finger nail.

I am very sad to have to write a discouraging review as the office staff were so nice. However today was our first and will be our last visit here as Dr Eagen (owner and only dentist here) was beyond rude to myself and 2 children. He argued with me about my medications and wanted reasons for them (not his job) he wanted a doctors note for my latex allergy, and asked why I didn’t have one one hand. Since when do you need a MD note for an allergy? He sprayed me in the face with the water gun intentionally without warning. And then decided he also needed my life story about my tattoos. And mind you he didn’t even introduce himself to me I had to call back after I left to get his name. I’m in shock for lack of better wording that a dentist and a business owner could be so rude an unprofessional. So despite his perfectly sweet staff, his behavior alone was enough to make sure my kids and self will not be returning. Id like to think this was just a bad day for him but after reading other reviews this is a very common thing for Eagen. I wish I had read other reviews first before scheduling with him.

It is very sad that you feel the need to tell a parent of a 3 year old, that she needs to learn parenting skills. Many children are scared of Doctors, and mostly dentist, for her little girl to be scared and you criticize her as a mother is very unprofessional and ridiculous. Reading your reviews, makes me sick to see you even still have a practice.

When I was a child he would be very rough and scare me he'd tell me I was making up my pain and would make fun of an extra tooth I have, now since I'm older he treats me more of a human being he has never done bad work on me he is just a little rough around the edges but he is by far not a bad dentist.

I tried to see if he has any malpractice lawsuits and was surprised I couldn't find anything. People do you research. Read reviews on your medical personal. He is horrible. He is overly rough. He belittles his patients and nurses. He contradicts himself often. If you tell him he is hurting you he blames you and continues on. Find another dentist. Honestly you might be better off doing your own dental work.

This guy is horrible. If you are sadistic and want to be roughed up and yelled at, then this is the guy for you. Even his nurses seem scared of him.

Try to avoid this butcher if you can.
