Falls Dental Group

I became a patient there about 2 years ago, because my Sussex dentist did not take Medicare payments. The staff is very friendly and kind. They use the latest technology (i.e. digital x-ray). Today was my first experience with Dr. Troy Thoong, and he did a thorough exam, not only of my teeth and gums, but also of my glands in the mouth and neck. He took the time to explain about a couple of teeth that might present me with problems in the future - a very nice service addition. In summary, this organization is recommended highly for its professionalism, kindliness, technical work, and prompt appointment response.

Recently, as a new patient to Falls Dental Group, I had Dr. Zimmet complete a front tooth bridge for me and I am SO happy with the results! The bridge looks very natural and he was even able to improve the look of my bite with it. Yay! He's knowledgeable, professional and caring. His assistant is super friendly and efficient too. I also found the front desk staff to be accommodating and personable each time I had contact with them. All said, I received excellent service from everyone involved with my care. I would most definitely and highly recommend Dr. Zimmet and his staff for any of your dental needs.

This place is so nice Laura at the front Desk is a sweet Heart My Doctor is a very professional, I felt so comfortable in this office and the Tec Lady that works next to the Doctor is so nice I will never go anywhere else as far as I am concerned. This is by far the best dental experience I have ever had. I used to have a horrible fear of the dentist until I started coming here and seeing Dr. Zimmet. Infact I look forward to seeing the staff here everytime I come in! The hygienists they work with are also super fast and have never cause me any discomfort. I had a root canal today and I barely feel any soreness in the tooth or area worked on. I don't even have to take pain medication!

Wow wow wow!!!! Would not only highly recommend, but would ONLY recommend this place. So kind, professional, timely, caring, respectful, empathetic. They actually care about the client and clients needs. They are truthful with what you need to get done and don’t do the unesssesary. I’m so grateful I found them!!!!!!

Highly recommend Dr. Carranza if you have sensitive teeth and/or receding gums!! This is the best dental experience I have ever had. Hygienists are great too.

After a skiing accident that left me without part of my front tooth, Dr. Zimmet took me in to fix my smile within 24 hours. For the first time ever, I felt like a dentist actually cared about me. Dr. Zimmet's dental staff is super sweet too. They did a quality job and I felt like they were always concerned about my pain level in the process. I will never go to another dentist again!

As a new patient, I highly recommend Falls Dental Group. The front desk was helpful and friendly in processing insurance and scheduling an appointment. Professionalism exhibited by Dr. Pittman and hygienists was exceptional.

Receptionist are kind of rude. I had an appointment one time with new insurance and they didnt take it and the receptionist scolded me for not knowing they werent a covered dental institute and spoke very loudly to me in front of other patients in a condescending tone. She really made me feel bad, i left almost in tears. The doctors and hygienists are nice and friendly but i left because reception was bad.

From the time you walk in the front door, you’re treated in the friendliest way. Efficient, polite. Comfortable waiting room, never had to wait much past my appointment time. Dr. Pittman is dentistry at the top of its game; explains procedures clearly, works carefully (and painlessly). I couldn’t be more satisfied with my dental care. Highly, highly recommended.

I have only positive things to say about Falls Dental group! They have a very professional and friendly front desk. Dr. Pittman is an impeccable dentist and his hygienists are thorough and quick. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great experience from start to finish.

I was a long time customer. I like Dr. Carranza, she is a good dentist, but since she joined with Falls Dental Group I have seen the customer service go downhill. Half of the staff has good customer service, the other half does not. If you miss one appointment the staff will scold you and talk to you in a condescending tone of voice. Accidents happen, people miss appointments. This did not happen very often with me. I was a customer for 20 years. Not anymore. I will take my family and find a different dentist. One with better staff.

I was bouncing around between dentists until I came across Dr. Zimmet. The entire staff that works at Falls Dental Group provides exceptional care to their patients. I’ve had everything from fillings to root canals performed by Dr.Zimmet and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and aware of the the procedure being done. I highly recommend Dr.Zimmet and his staff to anyone that is in need of dental work!

This place is nice IF you fit their mold... Either you've been going since forever or you have enough leeway in your daily schedule. But if you are or have a busy life... multiple revolving schedules between you and your spouse and multiple children - this is not the place for you. They are not flexible and are downright demeaning - basically scold you like your mom would- if you miss any appointments, including cancel ALL future appointments AND close out your account to prevent you from recieving further services. I'm sorry (not sorry) but I'm paying for YOUR services. There is enough competition out there and I don't feel the need to waste insurance money and out of pocket money. Due to the above actions, it tells me that all you want is the money and you really don't give a hoot about your clients... we are just numbers. With that taste in my mouth, I'll take a number elsewhere.

Everyone was very friendly from the front desk to the dental assistant. Dr. Zimmet is by far the best dentist I've been to. He is very thorough with his work and explains everything as he's going along. He makes a trip to the dentist easy and pain free. I would highly recommend Dr. Zimmet and Falls Dental Group.

I highly recommend this dental group and Dr Zimmet in particular! This is the first dentist who doesn’t just rush in and out in a blur. He takes the time to explain the problem areas and has a gentle demeanor. The staff is friendly and the dental hygienists are great. Again, if you are looking for a new dentist, this is your place!

My family has been seeing Dr. Zimmet for the past five years and could not be happier with our experience. He is extremely knowledgable and thorough in his care, and does such an amazing job, even with our small children. He goes above and beyond the call of duty, having met us at the office on two occasions during his off hours to address my kids' dental emergencies. Dr. Zimmet is a kind, gentle, and caring professional who makes his patients feel like top priority. I recommend this office to anyone!
