How I came about Dr.Zietz in Middleton!!! He is absolutely AMAZING!!!! Great Guy!!! Understanding, easy to talk to, Awesome DENTIST! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!!! He went over and beyond for us and I GREATLY APPRECIATE IT, MY SISTER DOES TREMENDOUSLY AS WELL!!!!! Dr. Zietz is a REAL DENTIST!!! He LOVES his JOB, KNOWS HOW TO DO IT, AND CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS!!!!! Thank you Doctor Zietz!!!!! You have gained three patients because of this and I know you will gain many more as well!!! Highly Recommended! if you do not believe me , you be the judge.... Read this story! So here it is: My Sister went and had two teeth filled (small fillings, was told they were tiny and no need for root canals) on a Thursday by Dr. X( this is what I will call the original dentist who did the work to begin with) That night she was in terrible pain! She called dentist Dr.X and was told to make Appt to come in that Friday. So she went in Friday morning. They said her tooth would need a root canal and it is infected! Told her to call Tuesday (soonest to fit her in)to have it fixed! Gave her antibiotics and pain meds... Sent her home! They did not do X-rays. She was in so much pain. She called her dentist agian!! After hours of course they said take pain meds every 4hrs like she was told, but also take Ibuprofen too! Told agian will not fix it till Tuesday! When I got home from work, I found her in so much pain! She was in the fetal position screaming, crying and sick from the pain! I rushed her to the ER, we found out her tooth was CRACKED! A minor filling Dr.X did and CRACKED her tooth through and through.. Easily noticeable with a light to her tooth. So they did a block and gave her more pain meds! Still wasn't working! I started calling dentist in Dane county!!! I literally called EVERY Dentist in Dane county!!!!! Between the messages I left and dentist I spoke to, Dr. Zietz was the only one who called back and was willing to come in early Saturday morning to help her. Which he has a life

I was there yesterday because I called with another broken tooth. They got me in the same day and fixed the problem and took my dental insurance; Delta Dental. I have been there a few times and have sisters that go there with their families and think it is a nice relaxed place with a caring staff.
