Dr. Kats and her team are amazing! We were having so many feeding issues with our newborn and Dr. Kats quickly got her in and diagnosed her tongue and lips ties. Not only did she use minimally invasive laser surgery to clip her ties but she referred us to a wonderful OT and feeding therapist to ensure our baby continues to grow and thrive. I don’t know what we would have done without her. Everyone from the front office to the assistant to the doctor was truly wonderful and kind and so helpful during such a hard time. The procedure was so quick and so easy and they even had a wonderful private recovery room for our family after the procedure. Post op and recovery was so easy and guided well by Dr. Kats’ team. At our post op visit she even took the time to guide us on ways to continue healthy growth of the jaw and tongue for our baby. Would highly recommend Dr. Kats and her team for tongue and lip toe revision surgery for any baby or child needing it.

Dr. Katz is a terrific dentist, friendly, knowledgeable, caring, personable, and very informative when any questions come up. The technicians at the center love her and it is for good reason. As a patient, I appreciate her work too. A special bonus is her great sense of humor.

I have been visiting Riverwalk Dentistry for dental care for over 15 years and very happy with the dental care received over the years. Dr. Lueck and her team of competent staff definitely know how to take care of a patient like me with multitude of dental problems. I find Dr. Lueck very thorough and always takes her time to explain if any issues crop up that needs extra attention. During one of those exams she identified issues with gum tissue health that was causing tooth aches and recommended laser therapy. My dental hygienist, Crystal has been treating me with the laser therapy every three months for past year and just recently completed my fourth treatment. Thanks to Crystal's diligent and expert work the therapy is definitely helping - no more bleeding or tooth aches. I highly recommend use of laser therapy when appropriate. Thanks to Dr. Luck and her wonderful team of dental experts.

Great dental office with friendly staff, excellent dentists and dental hygienists. Valet parking makes the visits easy. These are knowledgeable professionals that help you through any dental problem. UPDATE... I've had four more years of excellent care from Riverwalk Dentistry. The expertise among their three primary dentists and team of hygienists helped me through a difficult implant process which has solved my previous pain and discomfort.

Riverwalk Dentistry is the Dentistry I have been going to since I was born and it is the only dentistry I plan on going to. I am very impressed with how beautiful my teeth and overall smile is after all of the dentistry and orthodontics I have had over the years. People ask if I have veneers since my teeth are so straight and white, but they are my real teeth! I trust all three compassionate doctors, Dr.Luek, Dr.Kats, and Dr.Sawatzke, as well as the non-judgmental hygienists Kimberly and Crystal. Over the years I have had first hand experience with the impressive network of doctors Riverwalk Dentistry is connected with. Weather I am in need of an ENT or Periodontist, this HIGH quality facility was able to refer me to other HIGH quality doctors who ensure I am taken care of. Thank you Riverwalk!

Dr. Lueck is the best!! She listens carefully, explains procedures thoroughly and provides gentle care. I appreciate Dr Lueck's knowledge and professionalism. The staff members are always pleasant and welcoming.

I can't say enough good things about River Walk Dentistry and the people that work there. They are smart, efficient, funny, and treat each other with utmost respect. But mostly, I actually look forward to going to the dentist! Dr. Lueck will never let you be in pain. She has a delicate touch and knows just what to do (and WHEN) to keep you comfortable before you are ever in pain. Dr. Lueck asked a lot of questions to be very clear on what I wanted. Some of the work was on my front teeth and I was extremely nervous about it. She and Maureen talked me down off the ledge over many calls and e-mails using their knowledge and compassion. Dr. Lueck even promised to redo the work if I still thought the crowns were too white! This was a huge relief and allowed me to adjust to what was actually a beautiful smile...

The staff is really good. Good location in downtown Milwaukee. Update and modern space and equipment. Highly recommend them!!

When one of my crowns came off, I called Dr. Kats. Since I was leaving the next day for vacation, I needed to see her ASAP. The receptionist said she was booked for the day but that she would check to see what could be done. After a while she came back to the phone and told me to come in at 3:00. As it turns out, Dr. Kats was planning on leaving early to spend time with her family. Instead, she stayed late to help me out. How kind is that? She knew exactly what to do. She installed a temporary solution. After my vacation I came back, and it seemed like she just popped it in. Thank you, Dr. Kats, for being the caring professional you are.

Riverwalk Dentistry is an excellent dental practice. They go above and beyond the basics and take a holistic approach, considering the impact of your oral health on other facets of your well-being. They are very collaborative and do a great job educating their patients.

A Very professional, kind and thorough experience!

I have been going to RWD for about two years and find the dentists and all the staff very professional and friendly. I like to ask questions to understand what they are doing and they are all happy to answer.

I’ve always been apprehensive about dentist visits but Dr Kats is very comforting, down to earth and puts me at ease. The best experience I’ve had by far!

I am glad I chose Riverwalk Dentistry to take care of my teeth. Their team is awesome and the whole clinic is very welcoming. I recently had teeth bonding done just days before my long vacation and Dr. Sawatzke and team did a phenomenal job! It was a long process but they made sure I am comfortable on every step and they were even flexible with scheduling my follow up appointment to refine and touch up my teeth to make sure I will achieve the perfect smile before my flight. I am very grateful and I am soo happy to wear a perfect smile meeting and reuniting with family and friends I haven't seen in 3 years.

Won't get into details, but suffice it say my last dentist left me in constant discomfort based on a deep cleaning that was not done well. Dr. Kats is the best. Totally fixed everything. Can't recommend any higher!

I recently switched dental offices in downtown Milwaukee, to Riverwalk Dentistry. There are a few dentists available and I was assigned to Dr Lueck. Her new patient exam was the absolute most thorough exam I have ever had. She has a wonderful personality and, as far as I'm concerned, has the utmost compassion for her patients. She takes the time to explain what she's doing, answers questions and explains available options. The staff I came in contact with, Alberto, Kaylee, and Lizette were friendly and helpful. Another staff member, Maureen, was very thoughtful and so pleasant to talk to. All in all, I'm lucky to have found such a kind group of employees in a professional dental practice.

I recently started coming to Riverwalk Dentistry as a new patient and Dr. Kats has been so thorough, knowledgeable, and personable! Shelby has also been great and frequently checks in to make sure I’m doing okay when I’m in the chair. Maureen and Jocelyn at the front desk have also been wonderful, as well as the new guy (I’m sorry I don’t know his name but he’s great!) The service has been great and the people are even better, 10/10 recommend!
