Went there originally for a root canal and crown was told my tooth could not be saved, so they removed the tooth and glued a temporary tooth on for $500. The problem I had was the temporary tooth only lasted for three days when I called back to see if there’s anything they could do, They couldn’t get me in for two weeks. I called back a second time to see if I can get any money back for the tooth that only lasted three days and I was told no. Will not be back

I had been going there for years, never missed an appointment. Went in for my 6 month check up and they had cancelled my appointment on me so that everyone could go home. Apparently it was because I didn't call them to confirm the appointment. Weirdest thing I've ever experienced. This was the last straw. Previously I was told I couldn't be in the room for my child's exam...what!?!? This place has just gotten weird.

First visit to this dentist office, recommended to Dr Tills by a friend. Needed to be seen urgently due to dental emergency , they got me in FIRST THING Monday morning , even though I wasn't even an existing patients. Friendly and accomodating staff. Willing to give a cash price easily for the services they were providing. Dr Tills is friendly and knowledgable, I will definately be changing to this dentist for all my dental care. If you are looking for a dentist, go here. If you have a dentist already, ditch them and go here. Riverplace Dental is excellent. Doctor Matt Kutz eagerly goes above great service. Doctor Laura Tills is wonderful. I am impressed and very appreciative for what they do.

EDIT: I scheduled a free consultation appointment at Riverplace Dental. They asked me to e-mail them my previous dental X-Rays. Once they recieved the e-mail and saw that I was on Badgercare insurance, they called me back to say they could no longer see me, and I was not welcome at their office. Confused, I asked why that was? Since my appointment was for a FREE consultation, insurance should have nothing to do with it. Furthermore, I would have payed out of pocket for anything that needed to be done. But they refused to even see me because of my insurance. ---------------------------------------------------------------- I asked to come in and get a consultation at Riverplace Dental. They informed me that because of my state insurance, I would not ever be welcome in their office under any circumstance. I have never felt so disrespected in my life... I would recommend any person to go elsewhere.

My girlfriend scheduled an appointment for an exam. About 20 minutes later, Riverplace Dental called her back saying that they would no longer be able to follow through with the appointment, since she had Badgercare Insurance. They provided no reason or logic behind their answer, just simply stated that she was not allowed there. Very rude and unprofessional.

Riverplace Dental is maybe the best I've ever been to. The environment is very welcoming, clean, staff members are friendly and everyone is professional. I especially appreciate that my appointments always begin right on time. Every effort is made to make me (a lifelong hater of the dentist) feel comfortable and they explain the upcoming procedure. I've had a lot of work done and all with minimal discomfort. They are also great at explaining billing and insurance coordination. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

The dentists and hygenists at Riverplace Dental are truly top notch. I rarely wait for more than a couple of minutes in the waiting room and the staff are so knowledgeable and personable. I have also had amazing, pain-free fillings from Dr. Tills. I brought my one year old daughter into Riverplace Dental and they were fantastic with her as they took a look at her mouth.
