My wife went to this place for one visit wasn’t a great one. We got one bill in the mail called to try to pay it and our cards were expired she told them we will pay it in about a week when we get our new cards. Called them and they said oh that went to collections. Tried making an appointment for our 5 year old son they said they won’t see him until the 38 dollar balance is paid. This place is a joke and whoever answers the phone is rude. I live down the road from this place and I rather drive to lacrosse before ever going back here. So unprofessional.

I tried to go to this dentist but my first appointment was canceled because the dentist was out sick for the week, so they rescheduled. I was called a few days before to confirm and I said that I would be coming from Madison so might be a couple minutes late. The lady on the phone said it was fine as long as they new I was coming. I show up 5 minutes late and get told I can't be seen because I was supposed to be there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork.
