Absolutely the best dentist office! I had such a positive experience. The dental assistance and Dr were so polite, friendly, efficient and quick. I was a new pt and they were able to do my cleaning appt and get me in directly after for fillings. I'm in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and they were awesome about asking how I was feeling throughout the visit. I highly recommend this place.

My wife went here for a simple crown recementation today. It took 5-10 minutes and she was charged $251 for the service. A quick internet search indicates this service typically costs $70-$140 in the US. The itemized receipt indicates she was not only charged $151 for the recementation, but also an additional $100 for an "evaluation". My wife didn't ask for nor need an evaluation. She simply asked to have her crown cemented back into place. The fact that she'd also be charged for an evaluation was not disclosed prior to administration of the recementation service. The lack of transparency and the frivolous evaluation charge are disgusting period, but especially in a small town like Osceola. This clearly isn't Schletty's practice anymore. We'll be going to Hauge from now on.

Everything was great. Till I came to paying my bill. Cleaning $110.00 and then the dental exam that was another $68.00 for 2 minutes. I believe that should in the exam. When you don't have dental insurance that's a big expense for a retired person.
