Made an appoint nearly 3 weeks in advance. Showed up for my appointment. Have the emails to confirm it all and so do they and rather than fix their issue of failing to put me on the books just apologize. Terrible service. Go somewhere else in Rhinelander. This is a small town you don't make these sorts of mistakes and stay operating here.
