I share my discontent with Dr. Glazers practice of “punishing by disassociation” patients that have missed appointments. As a priest and chaplain I am diligent with my appointments, however, during the course of any given day I am required to attend to others pastoral needs without notice therefore putting others needs before my own. Unfortunately, Dr Glaser shows a very low tolerance for others. I am happy to have found a new provider. The staff is unable to forward me my records or have copies for pick up? ? According to American Dental Association of Wisconsin patient have the right to review, inspect, request, and obtain a copy of their records including radiographs.

Nice enough guy but doesn't follow through with misfit crowns. Then took too much off top tooth and need to not only get a rootcanal but top tooth repaired. Sent me a made up letter stating he's discontinuing me as a patient because I missed appts which 1 was true. Fact is another dental opinion pointed out that I should have had rootcanal done immediately. Do not recommend him.
