My dentist of 20 years retired. That left me with finding a new dentist, which is a very daunting task. When you have been with a dentist 20 years, and got to know the other people who work there, it becomes a little like a family. I chose Dr Kloek at Green Valley Dental & I am so glad I did. I've been to the office 3 times now. I really like Dr Kloek's manner and ability with my dental needs. H's caring and really tries to make me feel comfortable. Tammy, the Hygienist is wonderful. She is very thorough and kind. She knows how to do her job and she's really good at it! Plus, she's fun, kind & caring! I also want to say that Whitney is a pleasure to work with as well. She answers the phone and is the first person you talk to at Green Valley Dental. With my first phone call she made me feel less anxious about coming in. She helped me with any questions or concerns I had and told me about the different options that Green Valley Dental Care offers! So, I give Green Valley Dental a 5 star rating! I highly recommend them!!!!

Wow, just wow what a horrible experience with office staff, never even got to see the actual dentist but the management of the scheduling is some of the worst i have ever experienced. My current dentist retired and was referred to Green valley, called to get a cleaning and exam and was told it was over 6 months out (long time to wait) Had to have 3 phone calls with them, just to get this appointment scheduled. Ended up giving my appointment to my wife as she needed a cleaning so i rescheduled my appointment from Oct to Jan (again long time) So after months of trying to get in, moving my life around to accommodate there schedule and changing appointments they called again to move my appointment up. I did my best and did what they asked and got there early to fill out paperwork. Arrived and no one at the front desk for over 5 min and the paperwork was on the counter and no one was at the front desk so i grabbed it to help THEM with time and then was brought into the teachers office and was told i was being disrespectful to staff and grabbed the paperwork out of the staffs hand which i DID NOT do. So i get accused and berated because they cant figure out their own schedule (told them i couldnt come earlier even though i did to help them), having multiple issues with even scheduling the appointment and then treated like a child when i did nothing to be rude and only tried helping them because they cant schedule there office correctly. I manage many employees and Im sorry but i will not be treated like a child when i was very respectful on the phone when i said i could change my appointment and only tried to help them with paperwork. The Dr my be a good dentist but the office management has a lot of work to do and could use a course on customer service and scheduling management. Maybe ill send them the course i have all of my employees take so they know how to treat a client. I guess when options are limited in a town they can just do whatever they want and expect

I really liked the techniques the hygienist used to clean my teeth (watercpick plus minimal scraping) My teeth and gums felt great after. My only criticism of they are so busy it's hard to get a near term appointment for minor fillings.
