This office is a hidden jewel--Dr. Underwood replaced 2 old damaged fillings with composite resin. The Dr. has such a light touch so I never felt uncomfortable or nervous during the entire appointment. I have worked in dentistry for over 25 years and I can say in total honesty that Dr. Underwood is the entire package, an excellent dentist with a caring chairside manner. This office is very good at making patients feel comfortable and important. Isn't that what we all want?

Both Christine and I were very satisfied with our care. The staff was pleasant, kind, friendly, professional, and sensitive to our needs. Dr. Underwood explain things well as he performed the exam and procedures needed. He also had a good sense of humor. The technicians assisting with X-rays and cleaning of our teeth were excellent. Customer Service was a 5/5! This weekend I had a dental emergency, and after calling 5 different area clinics who have "emergency numbers", he was the only person who answered. He aided me over the phone, offered to come in and take a look at what was going on, and prescribed to me an antibiotic. In a moment of panic and horrible pain, he was the calm on the other end of the phone. I highly recommend checking out his clinic!
