Having just moved to the area, we are so pleased to have found Wauwatosa Family Dental. From the time we walked in and were greeted by the staff, we knew we were in good hands. That old Dentistry office smell we were used to and dreaded is gone. It’s bright and cheery and they take COVID-19 seriously. I noted chairs awaiting the next patients were covered in plastic coverings. And the equipment is high tech. The hygienist was fun and so caring and gentle. And Dr. Fiona is just a treat to talk with. She explained everything thoroughly and left us with no questions. If you are looking for a dentist look no further.

Laying flat on my back during the water jet cleaning was Very unpleasant. It felt like water boarding. Laying flat on your back, the water goes to the lowest point, your throat! I'm sure access to a patients mouth is easier than 3/4 reclining, but dentist having been cleaning teeth effectively for a hundred years that way. Patient comfort needs to be considered. Most people may not complain, but talking to other people in my office about the procedure, they agreed it is very unpleasant!

Amazing service! From the time I walked in to when I left they created a great experience. They explained every procedure they performed and why. The technology used for your teeth are great and gives the patient a better understanding of what they see. My cleaning was awesome and they set a plan up for me to get my teeth on the right track. It was my second time there. Everyone is very nice! I will definitely be going back.
