I would like to start by saying that hygienist Tonya is 5+ stars. The rest of my experience, not so much. I needed work done to a tooth so the dentist gave me 3 options. Crown it, put in a bridge since I had an existing gap between it and another tooth or pull it. I asked for a quote for the crown and bridge. Michelle came over and told me the crown would be between $5-600, with insurance. I asked about the bridge and she said $2000, high end estimate. I had to request time off, so I called back the next day to make my appointment. I was using care credit, so I double checked on the cost and the new estimate was $3100, with insurance. I questioned that since it was an $1100 jump and didn’t really get an explanation. I applied for extra credit, just to be safe and went in for my procedure. When I went to checkout, the total was $3625! $1625 over my initial “high estimate” quote, and well over the good measure extra credit I applied for.
