This was the best experience I have EVER had at the dentist. I'm a new patient and went in for a cleaning and a check up. All of the staff at Cheyenne Family Dental Center were so friendly and helpful and they took great care of me. Dr. Massie is great! He is so nice and really cares about his patients. The whole office works hard to treat you like a priority and alleviate any anxieties. The atmosphere is light, calm and comfortable, and it seemed as if everyone loves their job, which is hard to find. I’m so happy to have found my permanent dentist and am returning later this month for some additional work. HIGHLY recommend!!

The staff realized that treatment was not going to be covered by our insurance and instead of notifying us that it would cost out of pocket, proceeded. When we received the bill for the uncovered charges in the mail and called to inquire, the staff's response bordered on rude as they let us know that it is not their practice to alert customers of potential or unexpected charges, even when they are aware prior to the appointment itself. While the appointment experience was nice, discovering the underlying lack of integrity was incredibly disappointing.
