It truly lives up to the name, gentle touch! Dr. Jeffres and his team are by far the best clinic in cheyenne. My mother is a cancer survivor and has had her jaw removed and replaced. Due to the radiation and every side effect that comes along with it. Her case is a challenge. We went to every dental clinic in cheyenne and were turned away. Gentle touch Gentle was our last hope, and they accepted the challenge and have treated her with respect and care throughout the whole process. We will most definitely continue to go here and recommend gentle touch dental to everyone. You will be treated like a unique individual with respect and care. All you're dental needs will be resolved with guidance and a gentle touch!

What an enjoyable experience. Cali and Dr. Steele were wonderful and very gentle with me. In no time at all we had a treatment plan in place. The office staff worked with me and my crazy work schedule for my next two appointments. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

Recently had a crown done at Gentle Touch Dental. The procedure went very smoothly with no pain or discomfort during the procedure. The doctor spent time to explain each step showing photos and X-rays to help explain things. I was repeatedly asked how I was doing during the procedure and if I was having any pain issues. I have never had that level of professionalism and courtesy from a dental visit (I am 68 years old).

A short week after calling as a new patient I was being seen by the consummate professional, Dr. Steele. She was patient, thorough, and completely approachable. As was her entire friendly staff. I’ve never felt more welcomed by a practice new-to-me. Furthermore, I got in the same day for a much-needed cleaning; the quickest turnaround from X-rays to cleaning I’ve ever experienced as a new patient. Thank you, Gentle Touch!

Switched to Gentle Touch a year ago and after my third appointment I can honestly say that this dental practice is great! They are efficient, friendly, and thorough. I believe I’m getting an honest assessment and quality service each time. Both my husband and I only wish we would have made the change earlier.

They were kind and explained in detail what dental work needed to happen and how it would happen.

Excellent care, kindness, and expertise. Dr Steele definitely cares about her patients, more than most, and puts her all into providing the best care!

It's really sad the world we live in that money comes before the patient. I had to get a tooth extraction and thought my insurance would pay for it but it didn't pay all. So half my face is numb and was sent to reschedule because I didn't have the money that day. Love my dentist there but I'll be going somewhere else.

Called to see if they took our insurance as we are looking for a dentist. They could not be bothered to look it up.

Gentle Touch is my new home for all things dental- staff is friendly and the scheduling is very accommodating. Nice people!

Everyone in this office is always so friendly, inviting, and super accommodating. I see Dr. Jeffres and he is so kind and always thorough when explaining everything from procedures to care instructions. The hygienists are all so very sweet and will help to relax you before getting you taken care of! I had my wisdom teeth removed recently, was insanely nervous and anxious about it and these guys made the experience so smooth and tolerable. I am so grateful to have found this place!

They got me in the very next day. Listened to my concerns about a terrible experience I had at aspen dental last year. Explained everything thoroughly and kindly. Really good about future scheduling to get full use of my insurance.

12/12/22 Edit: Changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star, if 0 had been an option I would have chose that. On day 4 of a terrible flu, my husband called this morning to cancel my afternoon appt. He spoke with Tiffany, she was beyond sarcastic, nasty and rude, there are almost no words. I even got up and talked to her, she yelled at us and I even told her she should not be working in customer service. I am 51 years old and I don't think in all my life I've ever been talked to the way she talked to us when we are paying for a service and have spent $1000's of dollars in that office in the last year. Tiffany yelled that she would put doctor on the phone, we agreed and then she yelled at us that the doctor wasn't in today. I will not be back and will be letting our daughter know as we just referred her last week. This person will cause patients to leave. ********************************************* First time patient. Absolutely loved the friendliness and caring manner the entire staff had. The dentist herself is amazing, very thorough and listened to me as the patient. Definitely recommend!
