The price has increased above my insurance payment. The most I ever paid in the past for cleaning and checkup, was $10.00. Friday (1/27/23) cleaning and checkup cost $160.40 out of pocket. That's a ridiculous increase.

My dental hygienist is exceptional at sunlight. Most of the staff I have experience with are friendly. The office decorations are beautifully calming to make a nicer dental experience. Many including myself have anxiety about dental work, so the decorations are refreshing. I debated on number of stars. My first visit with the dentist was not as pleasant. Dr. Christiansen is very friendly. My filling seem to take longer for the pain to reside then my past dental experiences. Mild pain, I felt no need for additional painkillers. Also, they took my BP with wrist cuff. My trust in the wrist monitors are limited as my personal experience is their readings are often higher than other methods. The response to my higher BP reading made me consider leaving the office that day, as my past dental experience result in less ability to trust dentists. I do not want to project my past onto Sunlight Dental as most of the experience is nice and multiple positives are present for the doctor, hygienist, staff, and office decorations.

As a new patient they were very welcoming. I found their service to be very thorough and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for dentals services.

This is hands down the best experience I've ever had with a dentist, The dental assistant and the receptionists. They actually kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable.. I've never experienced that before. Great atmosphere that made me feel like a friendly on my first visit. Definitly plan on making these guys my permanent dental care choice! This dental office is the best! All the staff I worked with were caring, kind and compassionate. I felt I was treated with the utmost respect. Dr. Chad was caring, quick but efficient and made me feel comfortable. No one enjoys going to the dentist but when you have to, this is the place to be!
