While hard to get a hold of, and often booked out, this is an exceptional dental office. They cover pretty much all dental work here. The staff is friendly & incredibly helpful. The two Dr.'s are also very friendly, helpful, and honest. They don't waste your time or money and only suggest procedures when needed. They're very good about taking the time to explain everything to you

We are traveling and encountered a dental problem. Called his office and they got me right in. The doctor was knowledgeable, kind, and very good. The problem was quickly solved and I was on my way. Great visit!

I've tried several times to reach this office by phone and not once has anyone ever answered. I have left messages and no one has ever called me back.

Dr. Ruesch has been our family dentist since we moved to Cody. It is my favorite dental office ever! They have their scheduling worked out perfectly so that you barely have a chance to see the artwork in the waiting room before they bring you straight back to get started, and then you have their full attention with no additional wait time. Autumn is usually my hygienist. She is amazing! She is gentle yet thorough. She navigates my ultra-tight teeth including my wisdom teeth and sensitive areas with skill, always ensuring my comfort and safety with their great technology and tools. She is very polite and personable. It is my semi-annual break from work to relax in that chair and have my teeth cleaned sparkling white in her care. She never acts rushed and even polished them twice to help remove stains. Dr. Ruesch has excellent bedside manner, making me feel welcome and treating me with esteem. He is the first dentist out of several in Idaho and Colorado to provide an explanation for my enamel loss that actually makes sense. His proposed treatments are very sensible and genuine without making me feel pressured. The staff never makes me feel chastised for staying true to my zero-waste goals in brushing with baking soda/coconut oil and declining their goodie-bags. The staff handles my insurance billing and scheduling including helpful appointment reminders with professionalism and competence. There was only once that a bill had an error and they immediately submitted the correction and provided great customer service. They have also been wonderful with our children and provided positive experiences during their dental work. Full stars and thumbs up for this dental office! 👍

While on vacation in Cody, Wyoming to visit family, our Son encountered some tooth pain. The office staff gave us an appointment immediately. We came to.see Dr Darren, had x-rays, exam, and he solved the problem quickly. Upon leaving the office we received a courteous bill and Dr Darren informed to.have a great vacation and 4th of July. We were pleasantly stunned and very thankful for the quick, professional service and hospitality we received. Thanks a million to the staff. Strite family
