Stopped taking my insurance the same month of my child's appointment, they did not let me know until after the appointments were almost done. I received a large bill about a month later as my insurance refused to pay. The office manager did not have good customer service, and on top of that while waiting to figure out the bill with the insurance we were charged another $50 service fee. I would never recommend this place due to the lack of professional customer service on the business side. We reported them to the better business bureau.

Tried to make appointment was made to feel unwelcome because I'd be a new patient with no insurance. I have a badly abscessed broken tooth and was told the dentist won't pull certain teeth because of the connection to sinuses. I then told receptionist it was a molar and she said the dentist would probably send me to another doctor to pull it. Wait time to get in was until Dec. and it's not even October yet. Nevermind I said.

My wife and daughters went into their office in December and routine work completed. My wife let them know we were moving out of state and to not do any work that isnt covered by insurance. Here we are July and get a collection notice in the mail when we never received a bill. The office lady Julie stated she would call in March after they didnt have our kids birthdays correct if there was a balance after insurance, my wife again stated there shouldnt be a balance as they were asked to not do work that wasn't covered by insurance. Really upsetting to be lied to that a phone call would happen and a bill was never sent. We even put in a change of address so instead of picking up the phone Julie said its policy to send it to collection.
