Had 6 month check up and cleaning plus a cap temporarily replaced. The staff were all efficient, competent and and caring. Will continue to use their services and have no problem recommending them.

I have had two visits to Dr Taff's office both visits were very pleasant everyone I encountered was informed capable and pleasant to be with for these visits I will be having more visits as dentures take multiple visits I hope that all these visits will be as pleasant as the first two.

I love the cleanings and dental work I have had from Dr. Taff and his hygienists. I used to work at a dentist office and my praise does not come lightly. They are extraordinary.

This was my first visit with Dr. Taff and his staff. My previous dentist retired with very little notice but he made it clear that he believed his former patients would be well served by Dr. Taff going forward. I was apprehensive about this transition given our long term and very positive experience with Dr. Adams. When you are as old as I am and having moved numerous times in my life, you have an extensive experience base with dentists and hygienists as well as front line staff. My thought was that Dr. Adams was probably the best dentist that I have ever received services from. It is early yet with Dr. Taff but my first impression is that he is approachable and concerned for the welfare of his patients. There were a few things that I wish had been different during my first visit - thus only 4 stars. In the future, both Dr. Taff and his hygienist could introduce themselves by name on the first encounter. Perhaps, give a brief welcome to the practice - emphasizing their approach to patient care and experience in Laramie. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. In contrast the hygienist was very procedural and somewhat critical about my oral hygiene habits. No matter what I do, there will always be some plaque. That is why I come for the six month check-ups and cleanings. Perhaps adopting a less judgemental approach - one emphasizing education rather than compliance might be better received by patients - especially on a first visit.

If I could give this place 1 trillion stars, I would! I drove all the way from Cheyenne, and I must say the drive was worth it. I needed to get a chipped tooth fixed and was feeling discouraged after a different dentist tried to take advantage of me by telling me I had to get an unnecessary, expensive crown procedure done to fix the tooth (the chip was very small). Someone else recommended this place to me and I decided to give it a shot. And I'm so glad I did! They immediately started working on fixing my tooth the same day I came in for my exam and my tooth was fixed in only an hour! I love that they were honest and did not try to take advantage of me like my previous dentist did. They did not try to pressure me to get a more expensive procedure even though they could have, and I truly appreciate that! Dr Taff did a fantastic job of fixing the chip and everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. I feel confident in my smile again! I will definitely be making the drive down here and coming to this place for all of my other dentist appointments! 10/10 would recommend this place!

Dr. Taff is my favorite. Everyone is so friendly and courteous every time I come in. I usually have high anxiety about the dentist, but Taffs office always puts me at ease. Ali always has a smile, knows her stuff and makes you feel welcome. Payton is the sweetest hygienist I've ever had. She was so good with my 4 year old. I always recommend Taff and will continue to take my whole family here.
