This place has great staff, and is super friendly. Over the last 3 years I have had a decent experience here. However, I feel as though they do not listen to your concerns, are quick to push their own agenda on you, and then have no problem sending you a massive bill in the mail later. They do not have very friendly operating hours, and their phone system is a disaster. The only reason I have gone to this dentist to begin with is because they are within my health insurance net work – and needless to say unless I have a dental emergency I will most likely not be back. I feel like they have ruined some of my teeth because they only use silver to fill cavities- cavities that were only apparent on an x-ray. I feel overcharged for almost all of the basic services I have ever received… the staff deserves five stars, but the overall way the practice runs barely deserves two stars.
