I can't recommend Dr. Olsen enough! Before I got braces, I struggled with my confidence due to my overbite and pretty crooked front 2 teeth. After doing treatment with Olsen ortho, I feel more confident than ever with my smile! The team has always been so friendly, and Dr. Olsen took extra care to get to know me as a person, and not just another patient (lol if only my family practitioners' office would take notes on that). The staff here are outstanding and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and listen to my concerns. Even now that I'm done with treatment, anytime I happen to bump into Dr or his staff when I'm out and about, they always stop to chat and see how things are going. I highly recommend Olsen Ortho to anyone who's looking to get an incredible smile with an office that clearly cares about the people they serve.

Never knew Doctors could still be so money hungry!!! I was recommended to Mark for braces prior to a major jaw surgery. After paying them a consistent monthly bill, (Dr.Olsen) “Mark” INSISTED I paid him the remainder of my bill, right before he shut his business down(In Billings) and flew to Wyoming. I paid the remainder of my bill of in full, and the coward flew!

Less than one star more like zero stars. I have no details about the staff. I have tried three times to make an appointment all I get is the message service. I leave my name number I have NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. This is for my 8 year old child who needs something done with her teeth. Thank you Olsen for not wanting any new patients
