Snow storm or not, these guys still came in an Dr crane like always so caring an passionate about helping me makes me continue to validate the 12-13 hr drive from WA to Wyoming. Rendezvous is only dental appointment I’ve ever looked forward to. Dentist, Dr. Crane and his staff are all super friendly, knowledgeable, competent, and caring. The visit and procedure itself was fine but calling to get in to have my bite adjusted was frustrating. I had my filling done on a Thursday and tried calling Friday but got the answering machine. They are closed Fridays except for appointments, so I was understanding but no one answered the phone at all Monday or the times I tried to call Tuesday. Once I was able to talk to someone, they were very kind and helpful trying to fix my bite after getting my filling. It took 3 visits but they were patient and didn't seem bothered by it. They're a great bunch of people!!

I had my teeth cleaned by Melonie. She was gentle and we had great conversation. I voiced my concerns to her about sensitivity. When Dr.Crane came in for my exam he already new my concerns as she told him before he even came in to see me. Long story short. I had a tooth that was very angry. Dr. Crane made sure I was seen the day after to make sure I was comfortable! I love the staff fully from the front office to the clinical staff and let’s not forget Nicole who is behind the scene making sure every one knows their financial part and dissects insurance to the fullest!! Wonderfully clean and welcoming office! Also the complementary warm blankets, hand wax and overhead televisions that can be changed to your liking with sound cancelling headphones!! ❤️💯‼️
