I really appreciate what the O’ Farrell Dentist office did for us. We live about 2 hours away but needed to get my husband in to see a dentist right away. Both the local dentist offices where closed, called around Rock Springs and this office was able to get us in right away and work with us. I am so grateful for what they did. Very friendly staff.

What a waste of my time & money. The senior O'Farell is nearing retirement & his 2 sons are pretty new out of dental school. I feel like they used me for practice. 1st, they insisted on a temp filling for a tooth that was not bothering me. The temp filled disintegrated before I had turned off of Dewar. When I contacted them, he said "oh, that was an expired kit. I'll order a new one & you can come back in." Excuse me? Why use an expired kit!? Why waste my time?! Then comes the regular filling. That didn't last 2 weeks. All of that cost me over $220 out of pocket. Not going back. They don't seem to care about wasting a patient's time & money. Given what I experienced, I'm not convinced they know what they're doing.

Very polite friendly staff I have only dealt with Jennifer at the front desk and Dr. Matt but they seem like really good people. I'm a new patient and started with them and they're being very down to earth and very easy to deal with, without being judgmental. I'll have some work done next week an in the future. If anything changes I'll update. But in what little time I have spent there, Dr. Matt has been very helpful in coming up with a dental plan an options trying to help me out. He is very patient with me comprehending procedures an insurance policies along with Jennifer (I'm insurance and procedure illiterate I think, along with maybe other things lol). I appreciate all their help. As of right now I'm definitely going to recommend them an I truly hope it stays that way.

Our experience with O'Farrell Family Dental was absolutely phenomenal. We were travelling through on a road trip from Canada and our daughter was having severe tooth pain that couldn't be ignored. We called ahead to see if they could help her and they went above and beyond! They worked through their lunch and called in a prescription for us so that our daughter would be free of pain. The entire office staff were extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. They definitely are deserving of their 5 star reviews! Thanks again!

My third kiddo Boaz broke a substantial chunk out of a bottom front tooth at 7pm I left a message on the after hours number and they met me at the office at 8:30 at night! They got right to work fixing him up and are double checking everything tomorrow morning they are concerned about long term trauma because of the force of the particular injury. Very concerned and caring staff and the brothers do great work! We are a large family with 7 kids and they have been super friendly and accommodating to us! It’s a relief just having moved here to have found such a good dentist right off the bat!
