Most of my family have needed Grinnell Street Dental within the last year. One for a tooth removal, one for a checkup and cavities, and myself for a tooth removal. Besides our normal visits for cleanings and such, which always go very smoothly, the big visits for major dental work have been stress free, low anxiety, and amazingly good - as good as can be for having a tooth out. The staff is great!! From the moment you walk in the door Heather has a smile and is eager to help. Her knowledge of how it all works, and her ability to explain it so even I understand it, is top-notch. She's obviously been in the business for quite a while as her competency easily shows. The dental techs, the doctors, all of them, are always friendly and polite, eager to put you at ease, and willing to help whatever it takes. The total-package is what I love; all of it and how they use it to make the customer the priority. I hope I never, and I mean never, need any more major dental work but if I should I would only visit Grinnell Street Dental as they have proven over again that they're the best around.

The WORST front office staff ever, I called the other day to have records transferred and was quickly reminded why I haven't went back. IN addition to terrible front staff, the hygienist talk/ ask questions the entire time while every else gossips. If you like trashy employees, poor quality, and rude front office staff then it's completely the right clinic for you. If you prefer good quality though, I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cody Coon's for several years. He is an excellent, thorough, professional, down-to-earth, kind and caring dentist. Amanda, his assistant, is absolutely exceptional! And, Heather, the Office Manager, is amazing! She maintains a beautifully run office at all times and always makes sure that our needs are taken care of in a timely manner. I've also seen Traci and Deb, the Dental Hygienists, who are VERY good!!! I highly recommend the whole team at Grinnell Street Dental! I continue to see Dr. Coon and have the utmost respect for him and his practice. He is extremely talented and exceptional at his profession. I appreciate Dr. Coon and his team for their excellent dental care.

’m over 50 now and have been to a few dentist thru the years. These are the best. Full evaluation of my teeth because they care about their patients and they care about being true professionals! Needles ! No worries, I never felt a thing. Thanks Doc

I have always struggled with bad teeth, once I was even to the point that I just wanted them all pulled. I have had several root canals done as well as fillings and most recently a wisdom tooth removed. Everyone there are super friendly and understanding. I was terrified about my wisdom tooth extraction and they kept me at ease. It went well and I appreciate it very much. I even got a follow up call from Dr. Justin to check in on me. Great people:)

Best people around! I was super terrified of the dentist office like so many, I have waited up to 8 years between visits. Since I found Grinnell Street Dental I keep every 6 mo. apt and can't wait to go. The Hygienists are so awesome and the Dentist's, well so personable, you can forgive them the small pain they cause, (novocaine shot only wink wink ) I also really need the reminders they send me and appreciate them immensely! They also educate you and don't shame you for not flossing daily, although they highly recommend it, heck I may even take them up on it, they are so good to me!!!

Dr. Coon is not only medically inclined, but an artist. He truly cares about the people he treats, and the smiles that he transforms. He won't stick any old cap on your tooth, he'll shape it and make it your own. HIGHLY recommend. Also, if you need an A+ teeth cleaning, ask for Chris.

I have been going to Dr. Don Coon for about thirty years - he was even my dentist when I lived in Alaska for eight years. He is patient, and very gentle for all of the dental work I have had. In 2006, I saw Dr. Justin Coon because after a car accident, I had ground through three crowns, and the impact changed my bite. I had pain at the base of my skull from 2003 - 2006, within one week after getting my orthotic from Justin, about eighty percent of the pain was gone. I had tried physical therapy, cranial sacral therapy, and jin-shin-jytsu - anything to try to help my pain. Deb has cleaned my teeth for many years. She is great and understands what I can tolerate. I highly recommend Grinnell Street Dental for any kind of dental need.

My 11 year old son had a accident on our icy driveway. His front tooth was significantly broken and without thinking twice I contacted Dr. Justin Coon. At the time of my son's accident, Dr. Coon was taking time with his family; he took time away from them to take care of my son's dental emergency. He made my son feel comfortable with great bedside manner and gental approach to working on his teeth; and his dental work was second to none-he did a perfect job on repairing my son's teeth. I would highly recommend Dr. Coon to anyone young and old, as he is the choice for my families dental care. As a side note, his staff is professional, friendly and always inviting. Overall a very good experieince.

When I moved to Sheridan eight year ago and in search of a dentist I found Grinnell Street Dental. I have always been reluctant about dental work because of bad past experiences. All three doctors listend to my fears and adjusted their procedure to make me feel more comfortable. I am a big chicken but they handled me with kid gloves and now I have no fears about going to the dentist to get things done. They have done such a great job with our whole family from basic dental work to invisalign. The kids feel totally comfortable with the staff which puts my mind at ease. The whole staff is friendly and easy to work with. I appreciate how helpful they have been with my insurance and billing. Thanks for all you've done for my family.

I have a very handsome husband. Due to a sports injury when he was in high school his front teeth had been capped. Another dentist had attempted to recap them to make them appear more natural. They were no longer bright white but instead of natural they looked dark and old. Dr Justin Coon did porcelain veneers on his upper teeth (all that show when he flashes his beautiful smile.) The results are amazing!! Not only does he look years younger, he smiles all the time! We are very happy!
