I had bonding on my front tooth. The dentist did a great job. I''m a person who tends to have sensitive teeth. He gave me a shot to numb the area which I have to say was good. It didn't hurt and he was quick about it. I definitely recommend Dr. Capalbo.

After several years going to Scituate Dental, I am always extremely satisfied. All employees from the doctors to the hygienist to the administration are very professional, talented, and knowledgeable I highly recommend trying them out. You will be very pleased

I was not going to post such a poor review until I received a response back from this practice today. Went in for a simple crown prep ( non emergent, the tooth was not having any symptoms) 2 weeks ago. The temp was very poorly placed, the Dentist left the building before the process was completed. The assistant clearly was having issues on her own and was apologizing throughout. Pain and discomfort began almost immediately due to the misplacement of the temporary crown. The adhesive was sloppily left and also caused discomfort. I returned to the office with hopes of having the temporary crown adjusted in order to mitigate the pain, at this point I was on Tylenol and Motrin around the clock.
Long story, short version... I had no choice but to see another dentist who in 2 short days has already helped with my pain, headaches and discomfort.
I respectfully asked this practice to refund the money I paid on the initial visit, to which they said they cannot. I would like to add that I have in the past had a temporary crown placed with absolutely no pain, discomfort, and without use of pain relievers around the clock.
I already feel more confident with this new practice, the dentist was more than PROFESSIONAL, the assistant was COMPETENT in her position.

Iāve been bringing my children here for a couple of years and itās hit or miss. They do not have the patience or experience to work with children. Upon our last visit they wouldnāt even let me hold my 6yr old childās hand during a filling and she flinched and they gave up. My oldest Daughter needed teeth pulled for orthodontia and they couldnāt do that either. Iāve had to be referred to other dentists and oral surgeons and juggle paper work and drive all over the state because all they can do from what seems is cleanings when it comes to young children. Iām switching to a dentist that can handle children and has the skills to perform dental work on kids. I do not recommend this office to anyone with young kids that get anxious or that will need a lot dental work.

I changed dentists during covid because I was having a problem and my regular dentist wasn't available and his new staff people were not too friendly. I LOVE MY NEW DENTIST OFFICE! The vibe is awesome! Staff is friendly! And the dentist communicates what is needed, options, is quick and thorough! Very very pleased with this switch.

Unfortunate to have an unpleasant experience this time. Did not connect with the hygienist and found her to be very aggressive and insensitive to my body gestures. My teeth didnāt feel particularly clean afterwards.
I much preferred the hygienist I had my first visit. Older, caring and gentle and my teeth felt wonderful when she had finished. See you again in 6 monthsāļø

Wonderful! Is the feeling I had leaving here today. Iāve been a patient of Dr. Peter Campbell and Dawn since I was 3. This was my first time with Dr. Marcus Capalbo and his Team since they took over. Pattie has known me my whole life, what a love! Lisa is as sweet too! Canāt say enough about Kristen... fantastic dental Hygienist!
Long story short, I had a couple of issues with my top front teeth ( chip & whole corner of a tooth missing). Dr. Marcus reconstructed/filling my teeth as though they had never chipped off or cracked. Phenomenal job!! I would highly recommend this practice to any one who wants professionalism, a clean & sanitized atmosphere, compassion, friendliness & a Dental team that knows what their doing... takes Pride in doing it!
