It was my 1st time going to Aspen Dental, and I have to say I was pleasantly
surprised. The staff was fantastic, everyone from the young lady that did my x-rays, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist himself. They were friendly and knowledgeable . I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist, like myself.

Everyone so nice and professional. However, my concern was a filling that I needed because of pain at times. No one mentioned when I could get that done. Only concerned about the expensive peridontal treatments and the partial I would need. This is not Robert but Deborah. May call other dentists to see if I could just get a filling.

After my visit, I became incredibly sick with an infection in my mouth. One of my teeth broke in half, and to top it off, I came back COVID positive. I paid $1800 for this? Not to mention the hospital bill. I want my money back that I prepaid.

Well I had gone in for a crown and the preliminary work was completed. I was told I would receive a call in about 10 days to let me know when the crown was completed. I never received a call or email but instead was sent a threatening letter telling me they were going to. Bill my insurance company and because the work was not completed I would be financially obligated for the charges. Mind you, they could have just as easily sent me a letter indicating that my crown was ready. I was appalled and drove to the location to demand to speak to the person who sent the threatening letter but did not sign the letter. They figured out that they had neglected to use the new number on file and did not apologize for their error but simply wanted to set up the time to do the work. The business end of this company is horrible and treat patients as thieves and threatens them. My hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very professional.

I have never been to a dentist office that was so pleasant.
I have always had terrible experiences when it comes to the dentist office,
but when i walked into the Aspen Dental in Beaufort SC,from the receptionist to the dental assistant,to the dentist all the way down to the consultant it was such A great experience.
This is truly a review on a dentist office..lol
i recommend anybody to Aspen dental for superior teeth service and excellent customer service
