I received excellent dental care in a friendly environment.

I am delighted to share about my experience yesterday. Check in was seamless, everyone moved swiftly from the lobby to their scheduled appointments (I waited less than 10 minutes) and the dental hygienist only left my side to take X-rays. Simple. Effective. Quick.

Purpose of the visit: One of the crowns shifted due to previous extractions which caused me to over-bite and severely grind my teeth. The provider made a few (minor) adjustments for immediate relief and referred me to the orthodontist. I am returning this week for an overdue cleaning as well as the orthodontist consultation.

Despite being from out of town, I was able to get appointment the following day to address acute problem. Dr. Turner excelled in explaining my options, timing for procedure and open discussion of staying in Beaufort to perform work or waiting and having it done at our home in New England. Reception people and dental assistant were also very helpful . I had choices of other dentists in the area but I made the correct decision this time.

I always have a great experience when I visit. From the greeting at the front desk until I leave. Cathy is the best. She always takes good care of my teeth. If there is a issue, she makes suggestions and consults with the Doctor.

As I deal with the public in many capacities everyday, customer service is a critically important aspect in all that I do whether on the giving end or the receiving end. My experiences with Beaufort Family Dentistry and Orthodontics have been stellar. From the moment I walk in the door and greeted in such a friendly and vibrant manner, to the experiences during my treatments and just the mere fact that there is a welcomed dialog about hyygiene care to subjects about life and living, it is always present in an unrushed manner versus hopping from mouth to mouth. Kudos to a great team and for practicing extra safety measures during these trying times. Dr. Taylor & Courtney, Thank you for simply being you. Keep up the good work and please know that your extra efforts do not go unnoticed.

Last week I had my first dental appointment at Beaufort Family Dentistry. From the initial call to the office and speaking to a very pleasant Tomeka, to having my teeth cleaned by a friendly yet professional hygienist, Courtney, to having my teeth looked over by a young, but seemingly efficient, Dr. Turner, it was a good experience for someone who doesn't like going to any doctor or dentist, due to white-coat syndrome.

I showed up early for my appointment hoping that i could be seen sooner cause i still have other errands to do, instead I was told to go back to my car and wait, cause they were eating their lunch at the reception area. They should be the one eating at their car and patients wait at the reception area.... Patients are always right! I was tempted to leave and just forget my appointment!! NOT HAPPY PATIENT!!!

While living in the Beaufort area I used Beaufort Family Dentistry for my preventative dental care. The office staff was kind and professional. The hygienist Beverly is top notch! Would highly recommend her for anyone that has hesitations seeing the dentist.

My husband and I moved to South Carolina from NJ recently and we have been patients of Dr. Turner since coming to SC. Of course Dr. Turner is wonderful but his office staff is also super! We booked our appointment at the same time so we both had a different hygienist and they were both top notch!! Caring thorough cleaning.
