They treat their patients with high professional standards and personal touches that show they absolutely care about our whole family. They never have tried to push unnecessary expensive procedures unlike so many corporate dentistry offices. We love this family practice and will never go anywhere else.

I visited Southlake Family Dentistry of Fort Mill on Wednesday 1/10/2018 and I left very impressed with the practice. The administrative and hygienist team were very polite and got me back to a room quickly (being a new patient I expected a longer check in process). The office was nice and didn't feel industrial (like some I've been in) and I felt thought the amount of time spent by my dental hygienist (Julie) and dentist (Dr. Sloan) was appropriate and that they answered all of my questions to satisfaction.
It'd been a while since I'd been to see the Dentist (having moved several times in the last few years) and have seen a few good and (unfortunately) a few bad dental offices and would recommend them to others.

My original review was 5 stars and I have been driving a couple years now 45 minutes for what used to be excellent service , but unfortunately since ownership has changed, the Environment had changed and things aren’t quite as prompt . It’s a shame, but time to take my business elsewhere... but I will miss Heather...she is an amazing hygienist

I've been using Southlake Family Dentistry for close to four years since we've moved into the area, and every experience has been a good one.
