Being a patient at Southlake I thought coming in for an emergency visit would be easy, but no. After a ton of questions on the phone I finally was able to be seen by Dr Finley. Sometimes Dentists and especially their assistants just need to be kind to a patient. I’ve had a ton of dental work fail recently and it’s quite depressing. They were in a rush to get me out of the chair and hand me over to a periodontist. Every single person in the office made a point of telling me that now that I have a different insurance I should find a new dentist. However not one person bothered to check and see is I have out of network benefits. (I do!). It’s obvious that because of the amount of dental work that i need they don’t want to be bothered. No worries I’ll find someone new.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chougule for many years. Due to multiple bad experiences with dentists as a child I was terrified to get any work done on my teeth upon arriving for my first appointment. Dr. Chougule made me feel very comfortable and relaxed from the very beginning by explaining every procedure to me and answering all of my questions. She is detailed and explains treatment plans to ensure that you know what to expect during your appointment. During procedures she is very gentle and talks to you throughout the process. This really helped me to overcome my fears and put my mind at ease. When I heard she relocated I didn’t hesitate to drive the extra miles to Southlake Family Dentistry. Drs. Chougule and Perlow along with their assistants and hygienists are Top Notch! This office is great for patients of all ages. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am a big wuss once it comes to the dentist! Southlake makes going to the dentist easy and comfortable! Instead of being bitched at for not going to the dentist in a while, they were understanding and kind. Their focus was on what needed to be done to improve my dental health now and develop a plan. Each visit was great!!! My hygenist ,Julie,made each visit as painless as possible! I actually enjoy going to see her !!! This place is the best ! I recommend it if you need a dentist!!!!
