There are no words to describe how awful my experience was. Went in for a crown abs was told it would only take an hour, 2 tops. 3 hours later he was hammering the crown in place but by then all numbing medicine had worn off and the pain was so excruciating that I had tears streaming down my face. Gave me another shot and went back to hammering before it had kicked in. When I was finally done (almost 4 hours later) and looked at the crown it was horrible! It looks like a huge shapeless lump ,not a tooth. Was promised a refund to get it fixed somewhere else. 3 months later and I only got a partial refund. Please, for the love of God, do not go here!

Dr Gauthier was very nice and respectful I was nervous about getting my tooth pulled and he reassured me everything will be okay it only took him 5 minutes my tooth was full at 8:30 this morning it's 12:30 in the afternoon and I ain't got no pain red Bank family dentistry in my book is by far not just the best but excellent at their service I recommend them to anybody
