Very shady business, save your coins !!! Went to have all four of my wisdom teeth pulled so I could get my braces on after I healed . They couldn’t get all four for some reason, so they only removed three . Went to my appointment & was told they left a small portion of a tooth sitting in the back of my mouth that needs to be pulled before it starts causing problems to my other teeth . They’re trying to bill me for almost $300, but they make you pay the difference insurance doesn’t pay after your procedure is done . Not to mention 3 other family members that also used them are now having issues with them as well . Not worth it

Dr. Gauthier is very astute, but kind. His concern for excellence and patient satisfaction is very obvious from start to finish. Professional and very kind is how I would describe the office staff. What a wonderful office! From the moment I walked in! This is what a small family dental office is all about. Everyone is friendly and seem happy to be there to take care of patients! Dr. Gauthier is kind, gentle and professional. State of the art facility.
I was also relieved to see how clean the office is and that they take COVID -19 precautions very seriously.

My husband was in a lot of pain couple days ago so I decided to call dentists around town. So many other dentists told me that they were willing to examine him and had to plan the extraction for another day which it frustrated me because my husband needed an emergency extraction that day. So far Redbank family dentistry was the only place willing to help my husband. Thank y'all so much for taking care of him that day when he needed it! Great customer service! Living in executive housing and house hunting, as we had relocated from NewYork...to say stressed is an understatement. I lost a filling and my realtor suggested Dr Gauthier to me. I could not ask for a better dentist. Dr Gauthier is highly skilled, honest and personable. His staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The girls in the office are super nice! I have built a relationship with all of them and they really take in interest in my kids (who also go there) they make you feel comfortable and make sure to answer all your questions! The doc is awesome as well! Always professional and has a smile on his face! I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Red bank family dentistry should be your only dentist. Serge and his staff were so helpful to me when I had a toothache. Got me right in yesterday and removed the tooth. I never even had to take a Tylenol after the procedure. And I’m a coward. Serge is such a man of god and shows it in his life every day. Everyone should go and see serge and his amazing. I’m going back next Tuesday for a cleaning. They are wonderful.

Since moving here a few years ago I was going to another dentist in Mt Pleasant. They were not accommodating to me and were sometimes rude. My daughter found Redbank Family Dentistry and told me about it. I love the people there and how nice they are. I feel like I have found my home. They make you feel like like part of the family.
